Located in Chinatown. Very busy area, lots of shops and restaurants. 30-min walking distance from Intramuros: The Manila Cathedral, Fort Santiago, UNESCO site San Agustin Church etc.
2000PHP deposit required at check-in and returned at the time of check-out.
Tea bags and coffee not provided in rooms.
Cups, kettle, fridge, dental kit, soap, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, and towels are provided.
Free WiFi. Luggage storage available.
Really nice and spacious lobby. There a restaurant on the far side of the lobby.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

I do want make a hard complain!!!
I went to the hotel early around 20 minutes before check in time (14.00)
Cause outside was to HOT WEATHER!!! but the front office women didn't allow me to have my key!!!
20 minutes!!! and Philippines was so HOT, and I no where to GO!!
after I waiting, at 14.04 they say that the room haven't ready
so???? what kind of management is that??
they also asking 2000 peso for room deposit, even though I don't mind actually
I travel a lot
staying a lot of hotel in different countries
and I found only this hotel who asking for room deposit with a huge number and
even though I don't mind

We are a regular and loyal client of this hotel. We are booking 2-3x a month that is we definitely know what are the changes. Well, sadly the changes are on the down side.
First the Cons: cleanlineas is maintain and the service is outstanding as always. Again, kudos to Jason of front desk and the entire team including those at the coffee club
These are the downgrades for this visit; body wash and shampoo were not immediately provided, complimentary coffee, as well. The bath on our room got flooded when you showered and it never subside even not use overnight. The double door lock, the chains are busted. The wifi used to be readily accessible but this visit we have to wait for over 1 hr to have access. The room we stayed is 1202. Hope they can improve.
We love this hotel and the staff hope the changes will be for the better or at least maintain.

It's quiet,net and clean. When I enter the lobby the crew will help to bring the luggage and heartily welcome the guests and vow their heads when they meet and greet.The lobby has a pleasant smell you can eat and drink to their restaurant and have a good time.The room is so spacious overlooking the city they have a chair and round table and many cabinets and study table in short they have a nice room for only P1,127/night only.We felt very comfortable and happy to this hotel!!!💕💕💕

I recently stayed at Swissbel Hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and public transportation. But The cleanliness is super lacking, The pillow sheet is dirty that I need to request a change, the cup is also dirty I can still see the last coffee crumbs on it, yicks, really not overly attentive when it comes to cleaning. Anyway, since the staff is friendly and it is spacious it is ok since, Overall, this is my 18th time booking with them and also the first time my ranting on them. Swissbel Hotel offers good value for the price, but there's room for improvement to make it a truly perfect.

The service was great! The staff were kind enough to let us borrow plates & utensils, and deliver it personally to our room! The hotel was near the restaurants and is very accessible. There was a water station in each floor, which is very nice because we don't need to buy water & just refill water to the pitcher available in the room. The room was clean, although there were no slippers provided, and that the aircon wasn't cooling the room as expected. The breakfast was good, and the staff there is very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience and we consider going back here for our next Binondo trip! Thank you!

My stay at Swissbell hotel blulane was good, for 14 nights I was greeted, accommodated and served well
Their morning coffee is good. The location although is in the old part of Manila and in a crowded area, it is close to the museums, intramuros where my favourite casa manila is located and the beautiful Manila cathedral which I frequented for holy week and easter. The hotel is also very close to SM mall, SM mall is close to a train station which makes it a good offshoot point to greater manila area like makati if needed.
The security guards at the hotel is one of the best I've seen in Manila they protect and serve with a smile and make you the priority.
