Ulasan Sheraton Manila Bay

1. Service: While the staff were diligent, I noticed that fulfilling requests often took longer than expected and sometimes required multiple staff members to complete a single task. This inconsistency, while not overly disruptive, did affect the smoothness of my stay. 2. Birthday Celebration: I requested a birthday celebration, but the offerings were limited to a balloon and a towel shaped like a cake, which didn’t meet my expectations. In my experience, other 5-star hotels usually provide a complimentary cake without needing to ask, especially my actual birthday is during my one week stay. I only received a cake after making a direct request. 3. Amenities: I was disappointed that the room did not include a coffee machine for coffee capsules. This is a standard amenity in many 5-star hotels. 4. Highlight Service: One positive note was that the hotel accommodated my request to reheat squid ink rice from an outside restaurant (see pic for reference)

It was very convenient to walk to the mall for dining and shopping. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items.

Amazing food, Amazing room I was relaxed. I so love it the most.

Located on a street that heavily populated with korean and japanese food, you will need to walk a bit to reach other choice 5-10mins, few mins to robinson mall and mcdonald’s is a plus for me

The service is the best and excellent room

This manila bay hotel goes out of its way to ensure guest satisfaction. They always treat you like a close member of the Sheraton family. There service is above standard and their hospitality well above par. Dont miss out and see for yourself how this particular hotel stands out from the others from food to beverage to baggage handling.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton. Super friendly staff, and so incredibly helpful!! Especially Leen and Amil who went above and beyond to assist me when I had issues with my bank, I can’t thank them enough! Comfortable and relaxing pool as well as a nice exercise room that had a great view. Only went 4/5 on amenities because here on trip is says they have a spa, but actually they don’t and just recommend outside services. Overall was a great stay 👍🏼

This is our family trip for Chinese new year. First time to Manila and this hotel made exceptional service. Cafe serves great coffee (espresso with cocoa) and cakes we tried while waiting for check-in. There even have an indoor basketball court beside cafe you can view from hotel entrance. Great spread international buffet breakfast which they change menu eg noodles and sushi. Will be back to stay in this hotel..

Very well managed hotel. The staff is super polite and well trained. Facilities are well maintained. Food and beverages are of a high quality and delicious. The pool is very well maintained as well. Worths to stay! The only drawback- the surrounding area/neighborhood is not very nice. It was a little bit of surprise such a high standard hotel to be found in this part of the district- guess the are has declined in the recent years.

some noises heard during stay in the room, from both right hand and left hand side of my room. Polite hotel service staff and decent breakfast served. More different types of fruits are highly expected for my stay next time.

Stay at Hotel was excellent. There was a nearby Mall with multiple food outlets , so have decent options to try. The hotel facilities are quite good, very clean and good hospitality. Will come again

Everything is just good and I feel welcomed during the stay

Throughout the stay, everything was smooth and convenient. All the staffs were friendly, and all security-related procedures were well-enforced, which gave the greatest sense of safety. I unexpectedly had breakfasts included, and I really enjoyed it !! Wonderful start of a day in Manila at the Manila Bay Kitchen! Their pasta was also really good. I’d definitely recommend ordering pasta through room dining service.
