Palm Royale Cairns

The accommodation was very clean despite the old interior. The staff was very nice. Parking was convenient. A supermarket right across the accommodation which was handy. There was a spa adjacent to the main pool but the water wasn’t warm at all so we skipped it. Also, one of the room’s bathroom fan wasn’t working and it wasn’t pleasant due to the smell from the drain. But there’s a window which we kept it open. We had a very nice pool view. It was mostly a pleasant stay. FYI. no kitchen or dining area available.

Great stay, lovely view of the pool. The bed was huge. Thr hotel has 2 pools. Didn't try them though. Supermarket, fast food place and liquor store within walking distance. Overall a great place.

Good for one night stay with an offered price. Its bit drive from central, though near to many shops; hotel itself is good looking outside; though rooms were pretty old not that fancy; I would give 3 star for this

After traveling around Australia for a month I booked this hotel and it was just what I needed! The view of the pool was lovely! And the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave.

Pool facilities looked great. Pleasant setting. .A bit out of the way & everything closes at 9 so not convenient for finding any food for those arriving from an evening flight. Would have liked at least some water and milk in the room. Staff very helpful & friendly

We booked extra nights at this hotel as plans went awry but the hotel accommodated us and allowed us to stay in the same room and not switch.

Fantastic location, nestled in the outer suburbs of Cairns. The hotel is situated next to Raintrees shops, which has a Woolworths, a pharmacy, Newsagent, a small food court and various bargain shops.

Friendly helpful staff. Woolworths, liquor store and fast food red rooster a short walk over the road. 15 minutes in an uber to the pier where lots of food and entertainment are. Had a Good stay here along with view over the pool. It does become light in the room as no black out. Laundry facilities available Would recommend

I want to thank the staff for their great service. After taking a shower and spending a couple of hours in my room, the guests in another room close to mine were very noisy, shouting at each other and causing a lot of disturbance. I called the reception to make a complaint and within minutes the staff shifted me to another room apologising for the inconvenience. I know that you can't get the perfect guests that you would like to but the fact that they promptly resolved my problem is really commendable and everything else about this accommodation is fantastic.
