Amazing hotel and close to everything. Customer service very good. Good breakfast. Lovely sauna and hot tub. Steam room broken though.

The location is nice - a short taxi ride from the train station, and next to a pleasant lake. At check in, a woman called Angela was very professional and had great English. The other staff were friendly and we all tried to communicate despite language barriers on both sides. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with nice street and lake views possible. However, my room had a previous guest's half-drunk yoghurt still in the mini bar. The bathroom didn't have shampoo or shower gel. Finally, the "24-hour" in room dining actually stopped at 20:00 when I was there. However, overall I was very comfortable during my stay.

When checking in, there were many guests at the front desk. The front desk staff Chang Xiaoting and Li Yang were always smiling and polite and enthusiastic. When they saw that we brought children, they gave us children's supplies and welcome fruits. This is the second time I have stayed here. Every time I have a good experience, I will choose here next time.

He took our car to the basement to pick up the luggage. The lake view room can see the rare scenery of Manzhouli. The restaurant dishes are high-quality and delicious. The foreman Deng Zhongxia is warm and thoughtful. Afternoon tea is given when booking a room. It is exquisite and delicious! The hotel has good facilities and a good location, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room has a view of the lake outside, the scenery is beautiful, and the sanitation is very meticulous. The front desk lady Wu Na has a very good attitude. She felt it was a bit dry the night before, so she helped us put in a humidifier and gave us a few more bottles of water. Thumbs up!

I came here with my family during the May Day holiday. The front desk receptionist Chang Xiaoting was very enthusiastic and invited me to join the hotel membership. At the beginning, there was a problem with the room, and she quickly helped me solve it. The next day, I was out on business and couldn't come back in time to check out, so she helped me delay the check-out. Every time she saw me, she greeted me like an old friend, making me feel the warmth and kindness of family in a foreign land. It was worth the trip to Manzhouli.

During the May Day holiday, my family came to travel here. I have to say that I am very glad to have chosen Shangri-La. The location is first-class, the view is unbeatable, and the large French windows of the cafe face the North Lake. The front desk staff Chang Xiaoting was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we were with our baby, she arranged two adjacent rooms for us. We arrived late and asked if we would go to the Chinese restaurant for dinner. She called to reserve a chef for us and introduced us to the treatment we could enjoy in the Deluxe Room we booked. The baby got up late for breakfast, it was past 9:30, and we called the front desk to delay the breakfast collection time for us. It was very good humanized management. The travel experience was very good.

When traveling to Manzhouli, Shangri-La Hotel is your first choice. The environment, facilities, health, and service are all five stars! The hotel facilities can be better and there is room for improvement. The breakfast was so-so, but the complimentary afternoon tea was very good. The staff are very welcoming and the service is very good. Special thanks to Miss Shen and Miss Chang at the front desk for their enthusiastic help in printing out two documents for me.

The scenery of the lake view room is still very good, the service staff are also very attentive, and basically meet all the requirements.
