Seclude Kerala, Marari Sands

Very nice service - friendly /warm staff. The place has a great view and access to the beach. Kids will like it, so will the adults! Highlights: Beach access, great staff, nice rooms, spread out, projector room if you just cannot miss that IPL match.

We enjoyed our stay at Seclude. Private beach access and food are excellent. Everyone at resort took care of us as their own. We stayed at private villa at Seclude and it is one of best rooms that I have stayed. Ambience inside the resort feels so calm. Overall excellent experience.

I stayed here with a group of 22 for yoga and meditation. It surpassed our expectations. It’s a beautiful oasis of calm and peace by the beach and fabulous Arabian Sea. Deephu the ***ager and his lovely team including John and Pravin took care of us wonderfully and all our needs were met and nothing was too much trouble. The food is amazing as was a cookery workshop. We had Keralan drummers to welcome us and an Indian dancer to entertain us on our last evening which was special. The chalets and rooms are clean and comfortable and the outside bathrooms are a wow. Akhilesh ***aged the Spa facilities efficiently and we loved all the wonderful daily Ayurvedic massages that enhanced our stay. Nothing else required and we’ll certainly be back. Thank you.

This was my third visit to this wonderful hotel. Very comfortable rooms and terraces. The pool was clean and great for a swim. Lovely sunsets on the beach every day. I loved watching the fishing boats. The staff were friendly and helpful. Locals are friendly too. Delicious food.

Really nice experience. Staffs are very much helpful and cooperative. Calm and peaceful a**osphere. Resort is very much near to the beach. A good place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty. The only issue I faced the road in front of the resort

WARNING! On the 2nd January, I booked a stay at the Seclude Kerala Marari Sands and cancelled WELL WITHIN the free cancellation period because my friends had just returned and warned me not to go, saying the staff were unhelpful, the accommodation was tired and not very clean, and the food was terrible and that they had both been ill after eating in the hotel. Unbeknown to me, the hotel had already taken full payment of £872 for the whole week from my card which I gave in good faith to hold my reservation on the 2nd of January, and despite so ***y messages, emails and calls, I am STILL waiting for my money to be returned almost 2 months on. They told me a month ago that they had refunded me, but still nothing.

We spent three nights at this lovely property on the beach at Mararikulum. Everything is very clean and well kept in beautiful gardens. The staff are a huge asset. Without exception they are friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The Royal Villa room was very spacious and well appointed with excellent AC. The only downside for me was quite a hard bed but that is obviously a matter of personal taste. We ate at the restaurant each day and the food was always good. Again the staff were brilliant. I really recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Marari Sands was very pleasant! Loved the beach, pool was also very nice and the whole place is keept very well. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the service of full board. Food was delicious and the meny has ***y options for good food. Loved the outdoor bathroom!! It´s amazing to take your shower under open skies, in sunlight or at night in moonlight! We also had Ayurvedic massage with a very good therapist. We really want to visit again in the future. It's a lovely and quiet place on the beach. Great location, right on the beach, but this place is poorly ***aged, the restaurant is poor and comparatively expensive. Much better taking a 70p tuktuk & eat at the Flamingo Resort round the corner. The staff really are lethargic and do the bare minimum. Shame as this could be an absolute gem of a resort.
