Third stay in 3 years. So consistent!! Hotel is clean, fresh, modern. Superb location. Staff are extremely pleasant, a lot of them have been here since we started coming 3 years ago. Always a good sign to see the same faces. Breckfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails always 10/10. I did see some people leave bad reviews about the pool beds and sun beds. Absolutely not my experience. The beds by the pool and beach are luxurious, comfortable etc. In high season I would imagine it is harder to find a bed that’s been everywhere I have ever stayed. The team walk through the pool and Beach, if beds are left unattended for more than 30 minutes they remove the towels. More than fair and that’s the best they can do. If you really want a bed come down after breckfast and there are plenty to choose from , if you come down in the afternoon of course it will be harder. Only comment I would make is over our 10 day stay there were occasions when the staff were extremely busy and looked under pressure. And maybe waited longer than normal but I think staffing is a worldwide issue and they are doing their best. Like I said earlier it was maybe twice we felt staff under pressure, and we ate here for 10 days so of course that will happen from time to time. Have already booked to come back 3 days in May, 11 next September. It’s so hard to beat.

Visited for a conference. Lovely helpful staff, great room, comfy bed. Cocktails were lovely - especially the ”Juan special” from waiter Juan Francisco! Nice food with lots of fresh fruit and veg and innovative veggie options. Didn't have time to try the spa sadly, but it looked lovely too. Not too busy at all when we visited midweek in July. Good weather - not too hot but sunny enough for relaxing by the pool. Gardens are beautiful.
