Situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Le cose positive si fermano qui. Appena entri, un odore di lettiera per la cacca dei gatti, probabilmente il tappeto, ti assale immediatamente. La colazione “compresa” consiste in cornflakes , pane, latte e succo d’arancio messi su un tavolo di vetro all’ingresso. Arrangiati! La notte, improvvisamente partono dei rumori che sembra di viaggiare su una nave cargo. I letti non vengono fatti e le stoviglie te le devi lavare tu. Non c’è una pentola per poter cucinare un piatto di pasta. La reception non rispetta gli orari di apertura. Non esiste rapporto qualità prezzo. Il costo della camera è quello di un hotel di alto livello, ma il servizio e la struttura sono da motel di bassissima categoria. Cercate altrove e se non trovate a Margaret River, ci sono un sacco di piccoli villaggi nei dintorni dove trovare di meglio.

We arrived just before the office closes at 6pm. The girls at the office were super friendly and helpful. They suggested where we can grab our dinner. As the front room is not installed with a heater, they offered a portable fan heater for me to use which turned out to be a blessing. The rooms were very clean and we totally enjoyed our stay there. We even got to see a sky full of stars!! Overall, very happy with our booking.

Fabulous location with a short walk to shops, restaurant and bakery. Walking tracks for a morning run are also close by. The pool was perfect temperature with plenty of sun lounges to read a book or catch up on social media. The rooms are spacious, modern and the kitchen a bonus, as this can help reduce food bills by grocery shopping and eating in if you're on a longer stay.

After we made the booking at eight willows iconic room no 2, we managed to get an extention till 11am check out via email. On our arrival, staff verbally confirmed 1 hour extension till 12 noon checkout on condition after calling and confirming 2 hours prior of checkout. On the day of check out we called up the reception at 10am which was addressed by the accomadation manager who refused to give a late checkout and asked us to leave by 10am. I made her clear the email confirmation for 11 am checkout and later a verbal confirmation for 12 noon checkout, which she refused to grant and insited to leave at 10.15am. A family of 2 adult 2 kids cannot make up a checkout within that 15 minutes which I insisted, as a result she granted another 15 minutes. She was very rude from the initial conversation itself and kept insisting what she said earlier. We were really impressed with the resort, rooms, location and 1st day of service from the reception. Our experience was ruined just b'coz of the accomadation manager' s unacceptabl conversation.

SSightseer42259720874Having been to Margaret River a few times, this time we wanted to stay somewhere that we didn't have to drive out just to eat or get groceries. So this seemed to be ideal; 1 street away from the main street of Bussel Highway, and within sight of a Coles supermarket. Margaret River is a quiet town, so even with a bus stop right outside our apartment, there were buses waiting there only for about 15 mins each morning and we didn't really hear any engine sounds that bothered us. We went by to have a look-see as we were walking around the town, and fortuitously met the owner, who allowed us to check-in earlier as there wasn't anyone occupying the apartment the night before. Great bonus as we had driven down from Perth and wanted to unpack & rest. We had the end unit so didn't have to share the entrance with other guests. The living & dining areas were really huge, with acres of space for 4 people. Each one of us could have our own space on the sofas or balcony, and gathered at the dining table (which could seat 8) for meals & games. Secured parking in a garage just under the unit was also great, so that we didn't have to depend on street-side parking. Had a great time there and was able to walk to all the places to eat, see & shop in Margaret River! Most convenient place to stay, and also got a discount by booking directly with the apartments instead of through a 3rd party booking site.

PPengguna TetamuI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a night and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The hotel is cosy and welcoming with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel is flawless as everything was spotless, which is a big deal to me when it comes to picking a hotel.
We were very excited to find out that the hotel was just 10 minutes away from the town, which made it convenient to explore the city. What really stood out about this hotel for me though was the spa that was located in our room. The spa was perfect for relaxing and was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. It made our stay at the hotel so much better and enjoyable. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area again!

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful stay! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities you need are provided for. I enquired about staying an extra night and they accommodated during a busy period and made the transition effortless. Location is the best I’ve had in Margaret River being located right in the centre of town and you can tell they really take pride in ensuring you have a very comfortable stay whilst here.

PPengguna TetamuRundown serviced apartments The resort itself could be lovely if money was spent on it but unfortunately looks like a run down motel. 2 playgrounds one overlooking the restaurant which is fantastic for kids or while your having a bite. The second playground is in dire need of repair with faulty swings and play equipment. The pool was freezing in September which we knew it would be but we had some 20+ degree days would have been nice to have the heater on during peak school holidays period. Tiles around the pool are dangerous our daughter went to jump in and the tile lifted, upon checking several others faulty also. The sauna was full of graffiti and not operational. Our room was filthy and stunk of stale cigarette smoke. Countless cobwebs and spiders. The blind was faulty, the spa bath was dirty and had hair in it. Floors not properly cleaned. The outside deck was full on sand and cobwebs, we had to look for a broom to sweep it so we could sit out. We discovered we had no hand towel or bath mat which was dangerous trying to get out of a deep spa onto tiles with wet feet. The shower curtain had mould all over it, it needs to be thrown out. We asked for a mat which was delivered while we were out but housekeeping left our door unlocked much to our surprise after being out all day. Went to have a wine and the glass was chipped and needs to be thrown out. Just as well we didn’t need the ceiling fan on as it was covered in dust and was above the bed. Not to mention the cobweb hanging overhead. The walls are paper thin so didn’t have a relaxing sleep. The staff all seem like backpackers who can’t be bothered. The resort needs money spent on it. Charging peak prices for motel standard rooms is robbery. I understand the staff shortage but to still charge nearly $300 a night for poor standard rooms isn’t acceptable.

DDubaidickThe place was very busy when we arrived as everyone it seems was watching boxing on TV in the “common” a bar/restaurant attached to the resort. I was surprised by how many units there were, the place is a bit out of the way, the very pleasant receptionist had allocated a one bed upstairs apartment overlooking the surrounding area sea view. There was plenty of free parking right outside the apartment. The unit had a separate bedroom with ceiling fan, a large clean comfortable bed. In the apartment was a small kitchenette with hob, microwave and toaster. The bathroom had a Spa bath with overhead shower, also there was avery useful washing machine and dryer. Outside i opposite was a decent sized swimming pool with some loungers, however pool towels are not provided here. These are ideal if you intend to self cater, most of the people staying I guess probably brought a good supply of food with them as the nearest shops would be back in Margaret River Town, a good 10 minutes drive. There is a bar / restaurant on site, breakfast can be had at the White Elephant beach cafe across the Road 5 minutes walk beach side. Margaret River beach apartments is a super place to stay at both for travelling through and holidaying.

Conveniently located, everything at our fingertips. Beds comfortable, facilities clean and beautifully presented and the community atmosphere amazing. Thank you, we will be back !
