Can not Believe the Negative Reviews I have Been Reading.. This Is A Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Staff. & Everyone goes out of there way to Ensure a good time is had by all.. We only Stayed for 2 Nights for My Husbands Birthday in Sept 2023 with Living here in Tenerife From the Moment we Arrived to the Lovely Friendly Happy Helpful Staff through from Bar Staff Restaurant Staff/ Cleaners we were made to Feel Soo Welcome.. The A/I Package was Amazing & made it Soo Much Easier with The Bracelet System With Your Room & All Details are Booked through the App .. Beds are Soo Comfortable & Everywhere is Spotless.. Food is Good Quality & Plenty of Choice even for the most Discerning Customer.. Yes there are a lot of Steps but we never used them once as we used the Lifts to move around the Hotel..There are 3 Pools 1 Main & 2 Smaller ones...but we prefered the Smaller Pool in the Quieter Area ..Sunbeds are Booked on the App the Day Before to Secure Your Bed for the Day.. Entertainment was Good & Lovely To Sit By the Main Pool in the Evening & Listen to the Music & Entertainment after Dinner.. Also A Nice Area Upstairs to Relax with A Nice Cool Drink.... We have Booked again for New Year 2023-2024 as we had A Lovely Time in Wonderful Surroundings . Well Done Everyone for Making our Stay Memorable

Our magnificent fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor in a recent secure residence with swimming pool and parking.Its spacious living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs from where you can watch a beautiful sunset over the lagoon every evening while lying on a deckchair. The terrace closes with an electric shutter.A kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and filter...In the living room, there is a convertible sofa for 2 people (Queen size mattress). Enjoy the connected television and the wifi !The large bedroom has a king size bed all in solid wood, a large closet with hanging space. It overlooks the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet.The apartment can host 4 people but we can add an extra bed for one more person.All household linen is provided: towels, foutas, sheets.The residence is closed by an automatic gate, your parking space is just behind the apartment. A swimming pool is available in the residence.The apartment is located in Marigot - Quartier Bellevue, close to shops, beaches, restaurants, the market and the Dutch side.The property manager welcomes you and is at your service throughout your stay to advise you, help you, organize activities for you...Tourist tax: 4% of the Rental Amount
