The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

The hotel is not very new, but well-kept. Got fluffy, good smelling towels and crisp,clean, white bed linens. Service was also superb! Everybody's willing to assist our needs. Location is also excellent since the hotel is walking distance from restaurants, convenience store, drug store and Ateneo. I will definitely be coming back.

I stayed for two nights in December as I was going to watch the UP Lantern Parade and I needed a place to stay in while I was in QC. I didn't have any expectations booking here, but the photos seem to be good enough. When I arrived, I'm pretty content with the room, very spacious, looks a bit outdated, but I can deal with it. Seems clean too. My only issue with the room was the shower drain. The shower floor was tilted on the opposite side of the drain, so the water was collecting to one side instead of the actual drain. I stayed in the standard double room. I noticed based on the room images projected on their reception area that the deluxe room seems to have one less dresser cabinet so it seems like the standard is a better option, unless the deluxe has bigger beds. Staff are very nice, they always greeted me when I come and go. Contrary to the previous reviews (which was from a year ago), they now accept credit card for payment. They do need P1000 for deposit, which you can get back when you check out, so it's better if you provide cash as reversal might take a while if you're using your credit card. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but the area has a lot of ”karinderya” where you can buy your food from. There are also laundry shops and convenience stores nearby. As for location, it is very near to the Katipunan LRT station and walking distance to the UP-Katipunan jeepney station.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

Just had an embarrasing experience during bfast at their buffet as the staff emptied my seat even when I'm not finished yet but they apoligize after. This has been our go to hotel ever since we discovered it.Thank you again.

During my recent trip to Makati, I stayed at Abraham Manila. After a 4-hour bus ride from the province, arriving at Abraham Manila was a welcome break. I chose their double room, which was just right for my short stay in Manila. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax. If you're looking for affordable options, they also have dormitory accommodations. One of the best things about my stay was the water refills on the 7th floor, which was really handy. And having a dedicated working booth was great for getting work done remotely in a quiet space. The staff at Abraham Manila were amazing, always ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, the hotel's location in Poblacion, Makati, was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to explore, making it easy to find something new to try each night.
