Hotel Marina del Rey dengan Sarapan

My husband and I traveled across the country to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a quick but memorable trip. We checked in at the front desk. I casually mentioned that it was our 10th anniversary. We had a club king room on the top floor. Having read some of the previous reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. Unlike some of the exaggerated hyperbole in those reviews, our room was first rate in every way. I agree with reviewers in that the walls are thin. The white noise machine did a good job of muddling any sounds from our neighbors. We celebrated our anniversary at the Cast and Plow bar. Great drinks and amazing burger, graciously served by Josh. When we returned to the room, there was a bottle of champagne on ice, along with a bowl of chocolate covered strawberries. Nathan from the front desk heard me mention our anniversary and set this up, leaving a lovely card wishing us a happy 10th anniversary. We spent the next day at the pool. Great crispy chicken sandwich at the Wave bar. Alas, I don’t recall the names of the staff there, but they were wonderful. That evening, we returned to the Cast and Plow bar and enjoyed martinis and appetizers, served by Carlos. He makes a great espresso martini! Kudos to the staff of The Ritz Carlton MDR. They made our quick holiday a complete delight.

Great hotel nice view of the marina. Lovely pool with view of marina. Easy access to marina walk way and food in the restaurant was great with a modern vibe.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to ships, restaurants, the beach etc! Great customer service! We will definitely be back!

The Kinney was a delight. The edgy style it shows amongst its decor is welcoming and the staff are attentive and happy to assist. The two rooms we booked were clean, well maintained and comfortable. Would absolutely stay in this area and at The Kinney again.

Stayed here for 1 night after landing in LA from the U.K. Wanted to stay somewhere close to airport. Room was as expected. Very large, clean, bit tired but okay. Noisy aircon unit and fridge which didn’t bother us too much as only a one night stay. Great location, right on the beach, 5 min walk to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Had pancake and parking deal which was good value. Offered free parking and breakfast, which was actually a $25 credit per person for breakfast/brunch menu which runs from 7am-3pm, so that was useful. Hate that Hilton always takes days/weeks to credit back the $50 room deposit that they take from you on arrival! Overall a good stay and would stay again, but just for one night after a flight into LA.

I have stayed at this hotel four times and really enjoy it. The location is great. Walking distance from Venice Beach and close enough to the airport to be considered on a layover. The restaurant has good food and the marina setting is quite nice. It is a new hotel, so rooms are still in good shape. I had a great view with a balcony using an upgrade once, and that added some ambiance. Finally, the gym is not bad. That said, I am noticing that the price has increased quite a bit to now be as much or more than the near by Marriott and (crazy as it seems) only $50 per night different than the Ritz Carlton. I really can't imagine. If the price is down between $200-$300 per night, that is a good deal but otherwise shop around.

I booked this hotel last minute when me and my son were on a road trip. It had bad reviews, but the price was 1/3 price of other places in the area. So we thought we’d chance it for one night. CHECK IN - was very fast and we were given a ticket to put in our car for free parking in the hotel car park. The guy checking us in was very friendly and looked a bit like a surfer. ROOM - our room was down stairs and was a bit rough round the edges. I can see why people complained, because this place isn’t up to American standards. It had two double beds in our room, a very old tv, no tea/coffee and the furniture looked like it was from the 1970’s. The bathroom was old, but there was a hairdryer and also an iron in the room. Outside we had a large patio area with table and chairs. It had a glass window that overlooked the marina and beach. LOCATION- this was a perfect location round the corner from Venice beach and on the marina. There were restaurants nearby and the beach at the marina could be accessed directly by a gate at the hotel. I loved the location of this place! OVERALL- this place was much cheaper than other places in the area, so you get what you pay for. It has old furniture, is more like a surfers lodge than a hotel. But I loved the vibe here & the location was ideal. The Marriott hotel is right near here, so if you want higher standards and better rooms, stay here but you will be paying 4 x the price! If you are just having an overnight stay or don’t intend to sit in your hotel all day, then this hotel is fine. I would definitely stay here again if the price was good. Free parking and great location right on the beach.

Second time staying here for over a month! Super happy with housekeeping, front desk, valet, and engineering. A few front desk employees who were super kind and helpful that stood out to me are Jessica, Richard, Araceli, and Ivah: Thanks front desk! All of housekeeping staff are amazingly kind and provided excellent service! I apologize to housekeeping for my continuous calls requesting items as I did not request cleaning much because I had my 2 dogs. Thanks housekeeping! Valet is also amazingly awesome! They all did fantastic as most days they were super busy and they still provided excellent service! Kevin, Glen, and a few others stood out because of how patient they were with me since I always driving in and out with our busy schedule. Lol they did not seem to be bothered at all and they were always kind and very helpful! Thanks valet! Engineering team is also helpful, Michael and Tony are so welcoming, professional and always had a smile! Aside from great hospitality, rooms with kitchens were nice and roomy. Wi-Fi always on point. Gym and pool on site is great! Brizo restaurant and bars are also awesome! Really no complaints at all! My daughter, I, and my 2 pups enjoyed our stay both times! I recommend to book a stay!
