Unfortunately I was never able to experience this hotel as I received a fraudulent confirmation from Trip.com. My reservation which was paid in full in advance was not available when I arrived. I had a confirmation confirming my reservation for 5/6 to 5/8. The hotel stated that trip.com had booked my reservation for 5/7 to 5/9 and that while I had a confirmation for 5/6 to 5/8 that is not what was booked by trip.com. The hotel did not have any rooms available and we had to book a room elsewhere. The rest of my family was staying at this hotel and we were sharing a car. This was a very upsetting and frustrating situation. This is an unacceptable way to do business. I have called and asked for a refund and was told that Trip.com needs to figure out if this was a technical issue on their end or how this happened before giving me a refund. It doesn't matter how Trip.com incorrectly booked my reservation, they sent me a confirmation with the dates requested while booking the reservation for different dates. I need a REFUND asap! To make matters worse, your request for a review has the dates of 5/5 to 5/7. What the heck is going on with Trip.com. How can one reservation through Trip.com reference so many different dates? I will be sure to follow-up with multiple reviews letting people know that Trip.com is not a reliable service.
