Hotel berhampiran Molo Zaccagnini, Marina Di Ravenna

The hotel is well located with enough parking and good accessibility. Surprisingly for this chain, there was actually friendly staff available for checkin, not only the usual checkin-machines. For tours to the city, you can rent bikes at moderate 5 EUR per day. About half of the bikes look in reasonably good condition. So that was very good. The lobby has many self-service food and drink offerings, so that you can get by without going to stores. Else, just across the highway bridge is a big shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and the bed is according to our preferences. The critical downside: We had two rooms - and both had issues: One the AC was leaking, even with the AC off. The other the bathroom floor was very wet - it seemed the water was leaking from the wall or the toilet. When announced to the reception, they offered to clean up. But no repair was done or room changed. So the problem repeated the next day. During the day, the cleaning staff is super noisy, as if they would be trying to break through the wall with the vacuum-cleaner. And at night, the guests attracted to this hotel seam to bear all decency having lively and lengthy discussions on the hall ways (we are talking about 11p to 1 am, and not just one party being the issue), and continuing in the rooms with slamming doors every few minutes, puking and laughing. So while this hotel could be very nice, it fails the criteria of being a place where you actually can sleep and relax for the next days tour. Therefore, I wouldn‘t recommend staying here, nor do I think I‘d return again.

Sono stata ospite dell'hotel per una notte insieme alle mie due classi liceali . Sin dal nostro arrivo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità (cosa rara nelle gite scolastiche). Agli studenti sono state assegnate delle camere ”a tema cinematografico” (Pirati dei Caraibi, Western, Jurassic Park....) molto apprezzate dai ragazzi. Tutte le stanze erano spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Alla cena e alla colazione sono stati serviti piatti buoni e abbondanti. Che dire? Da consigliare vivamente!

Vacanza super piacevole e divertente, chalet spazioso, villaggio pulito, spiaggia pulita, anche se non condivido il fatto che gonfiare un gonfiabile non sia incluso nel prezzo pagato. Animazione top, allegri e coinvolgenti, un grazie speciale va a Dylan che è super, simpaticissimo e con i suoi modi di fare che ti fanno sentire la sua mancanza una volta tornati a casa, Roberto che sa svolgere bene il suo lavoro e con le sue battute divertenti, giacomo educato e carino, Federica simpatica e dolce, Edoardo sempre con il sorriso. Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel con mio marito e mio figlio per un weekend. Con noi viaggia anche il nostro cane di razza boxer che, molto spesso, non è ben accetto dagli albergatori, neppure quegli pet friendly. Al Vallechiara, invece, già dalla telefonata informativa, lo hanno accolto a braccia aperte e ci hanno permesso di tenerlo sempre con noi, anche durante la colazione. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, due stelle sono pochine, secondo noi. Se vogliamo trovare un difetto, è un po' distante dal centro di Lido di Savio, pur avendo nei dintorni tutti i servizi.In vacanza, fare una passeggiata per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse non fa male. Consigliatissimo.

L'accoglienza è molto professionale ,la camera spaziosa ,pulita ,luminosa ,fornita di frigo bar e bollitore. Il letto è comodo ,dotato di doppio cuscino e piumino bianco immacolato. La stanza si affaccia su un balconcino fornito di tavolino e due sedie. In bagno trovi un set completo per la toilette ,asciugamani bianchi ,pulitissimi. La grande doccia è stata decisamente molto apprezzata. La prima colazione è varia ,sia dolce che salata, ottimo il cappuccino. Consiglio questo hotel perchè si sta veramente bene, vicino ai negozi e alla spiaggia. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che adeguato. Da ritornare!

We stayed one night. Front desk so helpful with information and especially things to do. Comfortable room and lovely breakfast. We recommend it for exploring Ravenna which totally surprised us as there is so much to see. Interesting and charming restaurants just around the corner with great choice and value. A visit to the market is a must. Hotel can arrange transfers to the port and its a very good service. Book in advance!
