Very convenient. We can charge our car just right at the hotel. Great service. Good facilities

Check-in and checkout were a breeze, much simpler than most other hotels. Parking was easy as the lot was big and no extra fees. It is situated right on the corner of the 49 and 140 highways. Made getting to and from anywhere in the area simple. The rooms were clean, fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked so well I actually had to turn it down it got so cold, HUGE PLUS!!!! TV, small fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of plugs for devices. Mariposa is a quaint town with some great eats as well. If you stay here PLEASE take advantage of the breakfast which was AGAIN, one of the better ones I have had in a hotel. Also, go down the street and treat yourself to dinner at Fredricks steakhouse or Castillo's for Mexican, you will not be disappointed!!

We were there for Memorial Day weekend and we understood that yes, the rates were much higher than normal because it is a holiday. We accepted that fact and booked a room for one night. Warning… do not look under the bed. I had misplaced my slippers and looked underneath, I won’t even tell you what I found, nasty. Also there are no water drinking cups or glasses in the room not even the plastic ones. Their bar of soap was so ancient that I could not even make a little lather, bars were hard as rocks. When they say ‘breakfast included’,, don’t take it serious. Meager. The room had much to be desired, but the bedding was clean. Housekeeping ladies were helpful and front desk friendly, but would not stay there again. They deserve one and two stars at most.

Best location! It was near and easy going around Yosemite park from this hotel. Right outside our room was the river and it was the best sight specially in the morning. Love the big bath tub with jets! Just needs more cleaning coz i noticed it has got molds already. There is absolutely no phone signal here and Wifi is not free so you have to purchase on check in. Funny tho coz once you are in Yosemite park, there is LTE signal. There is fridge, cooking utensils, electric stove, plates, cups, cleaning stuff, room was huge!! We got the 2 queen beds room type. The food in their restaurant is not so bad, the service could be better tho. Our food came super slow. There is plenty of parking space and its for free. I never get to try their pool and laundry facilities.

It was nice spot to stay when go hiking to Yosemite national park. It takes an hour to get there from the lodge though, it’s No crowded, not too cold in the night and lots of restaurant options around. The room was cosy and enough space. Even though TV didn’t work and water faucet was a little hard to use. Overall it was nice two nights stay!

We did self check in since we arrived late on a night where temperatures were up to 90s. When we opened the door, the room felt like a sauna. It took about 2 hours to cool down the room using the very loud AC/fan. The room looked nice and comfortable but if you pay attention to details you’ll notice some things. The room had some small flies that were coming in from the door (there was an open gap at the top allowing bugs to come in). The microwave itself wouldn’t work and the plug had old grease stuck to it. The hairdryer was rusted and looked dusty and gross. Worst of all - there was feces on the side of the only roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Since it was late at night we weren’t able to order a new roll to be delivered until the next morning. We also found one bath towel with a faint stain of blood. The bed was soft and creaky but still sleepable. The bedsheet however looked like it wasn’t changed as the middle part of the bedsheet was suspiciously wrinkly. Good thing I always bring my own now. All the tables and stools in the room seemed clean. The shower is super small and like others said it’s hard to even bend down and I’m a skinny girl. Also the water gets burning hot pretty quickly so be careful. It was easy to order amenities and the lodge is located near restaurants. It wouldn’t be my first choice to stay here again but it definitely wasn’t the worst stay I’ve had. It’s okay for the price.

Staff is wonderful, breakfast is outstanding (many choices), very clean, and well maintained. Just remember that there is no elevator, so if you don't like stairs, request to stay on the 1st or 2nd level. Will definitely be a repeat customer here.

Unsere Unterkunft war relativ neu und alles in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Lodge ist sehr groß und besitzt mehrere Pool-Bereiche (hier ist für jeden etwas dabei (ruhig,laut,Schwimmer,usw.). Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We stayed here because of its proximity to Yosemite. It was nice being 5-7 mins from the entrance to the park. We stayed in a cottage next to the pizzeria. Had more than a few spiders in our cottage which sort of freaked out the kids but I dispatched of them all as discreetly as possible and never saw any more. The room itself was not anything to write home about, but I can appreciate a nice bed and nice pillows. Ours had a high ceiling which I liked. There was a gas fireplace which would provide plenty of heat if we had needed any. Some of the property was under construction so we did not have access to all the amenities but the pool area was very nice with a full bar next to it. The restaurant was good, and they had a game room (not an arcade) that is more than sufficient to entertain your kids for a at least 15 mins. They have a lot to do there, like archery lessons, but we simply didn’t have the time. If you are planning a vacation to Yosemite but don’t exactly want to stay in the park itself, this is a terrific resort-feel within shouting distance of the Fish Camp entrance.
