Hotel 4 bintang Markham yang Popular

Kami melawat hotel ini buat kali pertama dan baik, malang untuk mengatakan, tetapi kami tidak berpuas hati sepenuhnya dengan perkhidmatan yang kami dapat. Kami menginap di bilik 435 pada 11 - 12 April dengan nama Jokar. Semasa memasuki bilik, kami melihat banyak habuk di kaunter dan lantai. Rasanya seolah-olah bilik itu tidak dibersihkan dalam beberapa hari, yang sangat tidak menyenangkan dan seprai mempunyai bintik-bintik kotor di atasnya. Kami menjumpai semangkuk ais krim di dalam peti sejuk, yang ditinggalkan oleh tetamu sebelumnya. Saya menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan memberitahu mereka mengenai masalah ini. Mereka sangat profesional dan meminta maaf yang kami hargai. Mereka menghantar pembantu rumah untuk mengambilnya membuangnya. Secara keseluruhan, kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas layanan anda namun ini bukan kesan pertama yang baik.

The front desk staff was not familiar with what he’s doing and needed help from the other lady, She came to help with checking in but was so rude…the whole process took literally 20 mins , because when the told me to insert the credit card, the machine beeped and quit. She first said “you don’t use debit!” I told her this is a credit card, then she said “you should insert instead of tap! Insert!” The I said “I did insert!” She rolled her eyes and replied “it says ‘bad tap’ because you tapped!” I was like ***!? I didn’t say anything because I had my kids with me! After another 5 mins waiting, I didn’t even say anything. she rolled her eyes on me and said “ just wait , ok?” I guess this is the last time I’m staying at this hotel.

The hotel is about 40 mins walk from the quaint, historic town of Unionville and about 45 mins drive from Toronto. There is a train that runs direct from Unionville to Toronto. There are a few restaurants in Unionville and Markham, close to the hotel. The lobby area is a great space with wide open bar and restaurant with an impressive ceiling helix-like decoration above them. The gym on the third floor had ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and plenty of free weights and several weight machines. There is a lounge on the fourth floor, sadly the coffee maker was not working on our visit, but thankfully we were offered delicious coffee from the coffee maker in the bar on the ground floor. We moved rooms because our first room looked out across the street to another block of offices and shops, which we did not like. The second room looked out over the parking area but at least there was no construction and the view was open and bright. A big thanks to Ashan (receptionist- I hope I didn't spell your name wrong) for kindly moving us and to the bar staff- Bernice and Watson for being so attentive. Thanks for introducing us to some delicious Canadian wine from Niagara! The rooms were clean but we were surprised to see that the cupboards and shelves were open and did not have doors to them like in most Marriott hotels.

Housekeeping knocked yr door every 8:30am, even though u hv put the ‘No, service’ card outside the door on the check out date. It is insane.

Always clean and friendly, stayed here multiple time, very good area.

總而言之 這家酒店還是不錯的 床也很舒服 沙發也很舒服 衞生間也很乾凈 但是 如果早餐可以再好吃一點 多樣化一些 會更好一些 早餐都是一些麪包

Convenient n easy to get there. Nice accommodation n easy to access shops nearby

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

This hotel was fabulous from the pleasant check-in experience to the lovely breakfast the following morning. My expectations were exceeded. The room was spacious and immaculate, parking and wifi were included and the selection of hot and cold items for the complimentary breakfast were abundant and delicious. I will stay here again for sure on a future trip to Toronto!

It was a very busy weekend in town with several festivals - Hotel booked solid. Staff very nice and very helpful. Saturday Night staff + Function Room Manager especially - You saved the day for IMAI.Thank you Needed more tables for event and after discussion - it was done with ease. Thank you ALSO to Ricky Leung Altogether - the meeting space was PERFECT for the class. Highly recommend.
