Despite notifying the staff about the issue, the problem was not resolved, and this greatly affected my comfort during my stay. Additionally, I had requested in advance for the sofa bed to be prepared, but upon arrival, it was not done. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating, especially after a long journey. Furthermore, when I requested additional mattress sheets at night, they were not available, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The hotel's address was not clear in the reservation instructions, and navigating the stone-grounded uphill streets of Marmaris with luggage was quite challenging. This lack of clarity made the arrival experience more difficult than it should have been. The comfort of the mattress and pillows provided in the room was below par. They were noticeably uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep during my stay. This aspect could definitely be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. On a positive note, the hotel's location and view were impressive. The scenic surroundings and proximity to attractions added value to the stay. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the recent renovations gave the property a fresh and modern look. However, it's worth mentioning that despite reserving a family two-bedroom room for four people, we were given two separate small rooms instead. This was not the arrangement we had anticipated, and it did not meet our expectations for a comfortable family stay. In conclusion, Met Boutique Hotel in Marmaris had its share of disappointments. The issues with the air-conditioning, lack of prepared sofa bed, unavailable mattress sheets, unclear address instructions, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and the incorrect room allocation were all factors that affected my overall experience. Nevertheless, the hotel's location, view, cleanliness, and recent renovations were positive aspects that should be acknowledged. If improvements are made in the areas of guest comfort and attention to detail, the hotel has the potential to provide a more enjoyable stay for its guests.

We have been to Turkey before and decided to stay somewhere different and we chose Dost Hotel. We came with our two friends and their young baby. The staff were all so so lovely and accomaditing, they couldn't do enough for us. Everyday we would speak with the staff and they would take a general interest in our day and wellfair as well as interact with the baby. The room itself was lovely and very spacious and clean, only downfall is the bed was very hard and took a few nights to get used to it. It also states there is a pool guests can use opposite the hotel (not owned by the hotel itself) however it was closed and had no water in. That didn't bother me personally as I don't go in the pool on holiday however it may bother some but don't worry you are not even a 5min walk from the sea which is much better! Yuksel was the most loveliest man ever! He was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I forgot my beach towel and he kindly gave me and my partner a beach towel to use. I also clumsily fell down the stairs and he came running to make sure I was OK and really looked after me and kept checking I was OK (I was fine). He genuinely cares about his guests and the hotel and its obvious to see, we would have regular conversations with him each day. The ladies at breakfast making the food were also very friendly and smiley. Overall this hotel really made us feel welcome and all staff show a great example of customer service! Thanks so much for your hospitality.

I stayed here with my husband and 4 sons and it was a really clean apartment. I booked this directly with the apartment to ensure it had Air Condition. As this is chargeable if you book through booking sites. Very clean apartment and 2 minutes walk to the statue which is Burger King and Migros is 2 minutes walk. Everything is centrally located from this hotel and you don’t need to use a bus. Only to go Icemeler. We had 2 apartments one facing the pool was on 1st floor which was amazing as we could cook and keep an eye on the children. They had all cooking utensils except for breakfast bowls. No cooking ingredients so best to bring with you if you plan to cook. Has a kettle but no microwave. The apartments are very clean, spacious and so is the pool very clean. Would recommend this even if your not cooking. They adhere to Covid-19 rules. Will definitely use this apartment in the future.

6 yıl sonra tekrar aynı yerde konaklama fırsatı buldum. Ilk ziyaretimde olduğu gibi, yine aynı şekilde çok memnum kaldım. Otel personeli çok yardım sever, ilgili ve çok güler yüzlü. Özellikle Afyon'lu hemşerim oda görevlisi hanımefendi (ismini hatırlayamadım). Eğer kendisine ulaşma imkanım olursa çok sevinirim. Kendisine hoşçakal deme fırsatım olmadı malesef ve çok üzüldüm :( Gerek merkezi konumu, gerek sakinliği, gerek güler yüzlü personeli dolayısıyla bu oteli tavsiye ediyorum

We stayed for few nights. The price was lower than average hotel in Marmaris. Lets start with benefits: 1. Very good location - close to bat street and Marina, plus convenient way from Bazar. 2. Nice and polite staff 3. Apartment consists of 2 rooms and a balcony - large space 4. Bathroom was clean and comfy, with clean towels 5. Pool is present and nice, a bit messy but in general ok 6.There was basic filling in the kitchen - pot, pan, cups, plates, silver. 7. Fridge was present and, what is important, was working once we were out of room. I notices some of hotels completely shut down all the power outlets once you are out. 8. Classy, simple but nice turkish breakfast Now lets go to things that lowered our experience: 1. AC is present only in bedroom, the kitchen/living room is noticably hotter, plus the ac itself blows straight to bed, thats why the whole stay it was covered by blanket, plus there was no remote. 2. The teapot almost hit me with electricity, the cable of hot panel is also dangerous. After incident didn't use pot at all 3. The curtains are pretty thin so it may bother sensitive people in the morning, we meet the sun as windows were to the east. 4. Internet, the worst part and a reason to move out. Internet was absent in the room, if you dont have local sim card this is a punishment. Internet was working on the ground level in the breakfast area and by the pool, in the room the only spot i could barely get connection was, pardon me, toilet.
