It was my a worst hotel I’ve been booked. No complimentary water & the room was so dirty & smelly. The staff was not approachable.

The hotel is nice, very friendly staff. Nasim&Amine&Kenza&Hajar at the reception were so nice and helpful. F&B was terrible, the buffet was discussing,
Same buffet every day. No tickets on the food you don’t know what you’re eating. Lines to get to the buffet, not enough tables to sit to eat. The hotel need to be maintained. Mahmoud at the animation was nice. They do serve alcohol. Not the brands but the local ones, beer, wine, whiskey etc
Will never go back there. But experience.
House keeping Kaltoum was nice and helpful.
The waiters at the buffet don’t clean after you, they only clean after you if you tip them then they remember you and take care of you no tip no service at the bar or restaurant buffet

Très bon hôtel avec piscine calme et piscine ambiance.
Chambre vue piscine correct, les personnes de l’hôtel sont excellente, à l’écoute quand il y a un problème.
Satisfait dans l’ensemble malgré les avis négatifs que l’on peut trouver sur le site. Si vous cherchez du calme, une piscine et un personnel agréable, n’hésitez pas !

Hotel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles
En plus il est très loin de la place animée il est à l’écart les chambres sont très vieillot mur sale tout es vieillot
Le petit déjeuner est bon je ne comprend pas pourquoi ils disent club car aucune animation ni spectacle etc.. je ne recommande je n’y retournerai plus
Le prix est trop pour le service l’emplacement et le confort etc…

Verwarming deed het niet waardoor we het erg koud hadden, en de laatste twee dagen was de douch ook niet meer warm. Personeel is verder wel vriendelijk.

The hotel was great,staff was also helpful rooms were cleaned daily the breakfast was reasonably good. The hotel itself is around 15 minutes drive to the jama el fana center. There is a shopping mall with food courts there. Overall it was a great 7 nights there and will recommend you get what you paid for.

This hotel is far out. It was advertised on their website to have a shuttle service. There was no shuttle. It’s hard to find a taxi willing to bring you to the hotel without charging you twice the fare. There are no taxis to get you back to the city or anywhere else. The pictured room has nothing to do with the actual room we got. We were asked to upgrade if we wanted. Scammy!! It doesn’t end here 🤣. We booked a room facing the garden and got a room facing a dumpster. They later on started burning the trash which included plastic bags. I do not recommend.

We enjoyed here so much and it’s first time for us and we will recommend to come back again thanks for all staff here so kindly and friendly food so good thanks for all chefs and next view here and everything so clean and so funny🥰🥰🥰🥰

Appalling hotel. Dirty and poorly maintained. Rooms very basic and dirty. Shower did not work, no hot water. No proper linen on bed - no mattress protector and single sheet used on double bed revealing bare, stained mattress. Breakfast tables made up but dirty. No information given on check in. Reception staff rude and completely uninterested in resolving any issues, dismissing our complaints. Do not waste your money.

Please do not waste your money I’ll repeat please do not waste your money, me and my partner went to this hotel as our first holiday together and it was the worst holiday ever, the food was the same every day and very dry, okay I understand the food isn’t always everyone’s taste but it was like prison food very basic and bland. there were so many birds in the food area just flying around sitting everywhere pooping around the food bits that were uncovered also sitting on the plates rack and on tables was really unhygienic the staff were not helpful at all or friendly! The hotel rep kept pushing us to go to the old town in Morocco to experience it so we thought we would go and experience it as we like to experience new things and it was the worst time ever!! everybody just wants to rip you off, you get forced to buy stuff if you do not buy the stuff they need to get aggressive with you and they team up together not letting you out the shop until you buy something. If you just walk past and look at something and do not touch it they said you better buy it because he looked at it and all loads of people come from different corners and alleys and try to gang up on you.one man put a king cobra on my neck from behind with out my permission used it as a distraction whilst a dragged my mrs away in her shop after he took the snake off my neck he demanded money not just I tried to get to my mrs and they kept standing in front of me trying to stop me. I could hear the mrs saying no thank you repeatedly raising her voice saying no thanks the lady forced herself aggressively onto my mrs and put henna on her hand by squeezing her hand then demanding £100 for using her henna we said no and all the market locals came together trying to intimidate us I had £5 on me so I just gave that to get them away from us and it worked The tour guide man there says if you pay me and you will not get harassed. Don’t trust the tour guide As he is part of the scam he says follow me I’ll take you to a quiet area but take two in the heart of the market where is like a big maze and you can’t get out as all exits look the same and there’s so many alleyways in between a keepsake to shops where he’s got the links with the shop owners and basically fourth of you again to buy stuff and if you say no thanks they turn aggressive aggressive Overall the excursions from the hotel were pretty cool especially the quad biking in the desert that was great fun although we ended up in some random persons house where I an old lady served cold drinks I don’t know if that’s part of it at someone’s house in a village selling cold drinks was random but pretty cool as we saw some of the real home life of the locals that lived in the area Apart from that we stayed in our room pretty much the whole week after being by the pool there was no entertainment the food was real bad mostly boiled rice salad with some sort of meat in some watery sauce everyday so we lived on Burger King around corner every

Do not even waste your money here, this is a 3* hotel at a push, staff are rude and unhelpful, all inclusive is not all inclusive. The restaurant arch is filled with birds which then fly into the restaurant where at least one person in your party will get food poison from the bird droppings (Salmonellosis) complained and not heard back waited the 56 days as stated so I will be taking this further legally, do not take children there either, on our first day we saw a child drown no staff or life guard there to come to his aid only a man there who saved him and took the child to his parents, no concern from any staff, I went to the chemist up the road and come back with medicine and some drinks and the security watched me walk in then chased me down to search my bags very odd. Cockroaches on the floor, ants everywhere food left in the hallways for days, Absolutely vile. 4* absolutely not, I’ve stayed in better hostels than this place. When arranging a doctor as partner was so ill, they didn’t even ask why, like they knew why he was ill. No cleaning in the restaurant I sat and watched ladies walking around with a dirty cloth wiping every table with the same dirty clothes just spreading germ from table to table. I’d rate 0 if I could.

We have just returned from 6 nights at Club Paradisio. We arrived at 11.30am and our rooms weren't ready. and we had to wait until 3.30pm for just one of them to be ready. There was no explanation about where to eat etc which would have been useful as it is joint with Zalagh so we had no idea where we could and couldn't go. The rooms are basic, ac, fridges and WiFi are hit and miss but big beds. We were in room 1062 and it was really noisy from evening entertainment. Great location for getting a cab into Marrakesh. 10 mins walk away is a Carrefoure supermarket where we bought English tea (none available at breakfast) There is also a Burger King, Pizza Hut and Baskin Robbins if you need it. We went all-inclusive.... the food is basic with lunch and dinner being very similar and only one hot food serving station so be prepared to queue if you hit the times wrong! No snacks during the day until 5pm pastry time. The drinks are really small in serving size - no wine or cocktails. There are bottles of water but they are small and most of the cold ones were gone by 10.30am. Only the pool bar was open whilst we were there and the pool side gets really slippy! Plenty of entertainment during the day especially for children. Every day we had to go and get our keys reset and some days the cleaners removed our wet towels and forgot to replace them with clean! The staff were really friendly, the hotel was clean and the big pool was lovely.

We saw mixed reviews before booking this hotel, but decided to give it a go. All the amenities described on Expedia/Booking are absolutely fake. - Wifi: patchy at best and only in the pool area. We complained to the staff as I had to work, just to be told "well the wifi doesn't work in any room, it's not just yours' - Room was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived, and twice the housekeepers took the towels and forgot to leave us anything at all. No towels and no toilet paper in the room, and both times after calling reception we had to wait for over one hour to receive a towel. - The waiters in the restaurant/buffet were very frustrating to deal with, two very different treatments before/after receiving tips. If they saw a family and a hefty wallet full of cash, they would be super nice and set their table in advance with water and drinks. Still, everyone else was just told to 'do this and 'go there and a lot of people were just trying to ask for some cutlery or napkins and left for a long time waiting. Also, I have an allergy, and no one could explain to me the ingredients of the food - the Indoor pool was closed for maintenance and so was the jacuzzi, so you could only go to the SPA for treatments (extra charge, of course), and every time we asked when the other facilities were going to be available, the SPA receptionist was saying 'tomorrow' - the 'club' was a laptop playing songs for the children to dance by the pool - the 'sky lounge' is not even open yet - we had a powercut in our room around 7 pm, that was not resolved until 11 pm, leaving the room without air conditioning for hours, and we had to shower in the dark. SImply the reception was saying that someone was coming, then that someone had gone to fix it whilst we were at dinner, and then finally at 11 we waited in the lobby until someone showed up and followed us to the room to fix the issue - the phone line is always busy or unavailable, I had to use my mobile to call them and they answered after a couple of minutes, whilst I had tried to call for over 30 minutes on the internal line Overall we tried our best to relax, and ended up spending £20 on a Moroccan sim card and internet even just to use Whatsapp. I have been in plenty of hotels and at check out, I have always been asked how my stay was - the receptionist just collected the keys and said ' All good, bye" The service is pretty much inexistent unless you have a nice stack of cash in your wallet to tip everyone you have to talk to.

Un très bel hôtel, bien équipé avec un personnel au petit soin qui nous fait vivre la vie de palace.Très calme côté grande piscine. Une bonne literie, un restaurant varié avec terrasse extérieure très agréable. Plutôt bien situé avec des taxis à disposition qui vous amène au centre de Marrakech facilement.
