Park Hyatt Marrakech

Wonderful place. Beautiful hotel, exquisite rooms and facilities. But the most outstanding part are the waiters and the personal working at the pool. They knew what you want even before asking. Never seen such level of service and attention to details around a swimming pool.

An unforgettable Marrakech living experience. The hotel is located in the suburbs of Marrakech, away from the hustle and bustle of the market (although the experience is also unforgettable), we stayed in Park Hyatt for 2 nights. Everything here is so beautiful, the rippling swimming pool at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, although it is at the end of February, the hot afternoon sun still makes people feel the summer atmosphere. As a Hyatt Global Guest, the room was upgraded to a super large space of 76 square meters. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very large. The customer service also warmly provided us with a free extra bed service. All the drinks and snacks provided in the room were so exquisite, and the balcony of more than 20 square meters was also very comfortable. We experienced dinner at the international restaurant and breakfast at the Moroccan restaurant. The quality was first-class and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it. A few small suggestions: ~ The curtains in the bathroom are a bit transparent. Even if the curtains are drawn, you can still see the room clearly at night on the roadside. ~ The SPA facilities can only be used by people over 16 years old, even if children are under the supervision of their parents. ~It would be a better experience if the 76 square meter room could provide a bathtub.

I simply can't say enough about the hospitality!! Super attentive, Trust-worthy staff. My husband left the safe open and when we returned housekeeping left us a note stating they locked the safe as well as provided a new code! When by the pool, we were handed refreshing drinks. While at dinner, without my saying a word; staff noticed I was unhappy with our seating arrangement and immediately guided us to a new table of our preferences! Grounds spectacular with lush greenery. We had Mountain Views and the sunset was amazing. Hospitality here is top notch. So; if you are ready to be treated like Royalty; Park Hyatt is the place to stay!! We will definitely be returning. Thank you Park Hyatt for making it an incredible stay for us.

We stayed 3 nights at Park Hyatt Marrakech in January 2025. It was the low season so the hotel was pretty quiet. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. There were multiple outdoor pools with comfortable lounge chairs and can see how nice they can be when the weather is slightly warmer. We didn’t have time to try the restaurant other than for breakfast but the food (esp the bbq lunch) looked good. As Globalists, we applied the Standard Suite Upgrade Award to book a Park Suite King Resort View. When we checked in, we got a slight upgrade to Park Suite King Mountain View. There wasn’t too much of a scenic view in Room 405, but we were just happy that our room was ready for an early check in at 11am after a long flight. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was so comfortable! We never slept so well. The slippers they gave us were adorable. The toilet was a Toto-equivalent. Note that even though they call it a suite, it was just one large room instead of two separate rooms. That wasn’t a big deal for us since there was plenty of space to spread out, but just something to keep in mind when booking. One minor note about the bathroom: the “Aquamoon” shower had multiple showerheads for different experiences but you can only turn on one showerhead at a time without flooding. We thought our shower drain wasn’t draining properly at first but learned that it can only handle one faucet at a time. It was too bad since the multiple rainfall experiences would’ve been nice! Not sure if it was just an issue in our room or all rooms that had this shower. Some highlights of our stay: - Spa: Spa facilities were spectacular. Heated indoor pool, hot tub, wet sauna, dry sauna, cold plunge (in locker rooms), and relaxation rooms were all present. I also highly recommend booking the hamman on your first few days to feel truly relaxed. We really appreciated how they went out of their way to get us two female therapists (our gender preference) for our hamman treatment when they didn’t have to. - Housekeeping: Rooms were cleaned well and the nighttime turndown service was pleasant. Every time the room was refreshed, they also restocked the water, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks. That was nice because sometimes at other hotels, there are different people cleaning the rooms vs restocking the food/drinks so you would have to wait for the latter. - Breakfast: While the selection was not as extensive as some other Hyatts we have been to, the food quality was quite good. You can order off the menu and take advantage of the buffet. Service was top-notch. I looked forward to breakfast everyday. The location is the biggest downside of the hotel. It is 20-30 minutes away from the city center with not much around other than a golf course. You should expect to pay 150-200 MAD each way (cash only) for a prearranged car service. Yes, you can negotiate for cheaper with taxis but often times, taxi drivers

From the airport transfer to checkout, every second at this resort was amazing and although we all feel sad about vacation ending this one hit hard to leave. The spa is absolutely incredible and the restaurants/room service is top notch. Already planning my next visit.

While the resort is new and beautiful, it is the staff that truly shine. From check in to departure we were treat like royalty. It was especially noticeable that the staff all respected one another and this created a very enjoyable atmosphere. Kudos to Hyatts trainers I think! Our breakfast host Lhoucine couldn't have done more for us, quickly learning our likes and ensuring a great start to every day. Poolside, Ousama and Monir were very professional and dedicated to keeping us comfortable. My wife spoke very highly of the treatment she received from Ahlam at the spa, while I enjoyed playing golf at the adjacent Al Maaden course. Dinners were excellent, again with great service from Badradienne and all the other staff. Finally, I had queried at check in where I would need to go to watch a particular football match, so I was delighted to be approached by the duty manager on the day of the game to be told that they had arranged for the channel to be available in my room! Transport back to the airport via the hotel was highly professional and well worth the cost for safety and comfort. All in all we can't speak highly enough of the Park Hyatt Marrakesh.
