Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Je recommande, hôtel très calme, avec un superbe petit déjeuner, on s’y sent bien, les chambres sont grandes et avec clim.

Personnel pas aimable, beaucoup de bruit dans la rue la nuit, le ménage dans la salle de bain n’est pas bien fait la chambre est spacieuse

Je vous conseille de prendre cette hôtel, il est merveilleux bien situé il est au centre du Maroc, pas loin de l’aéroport en transport à 20 minutes du marché. J’ai 1 tonne de choses à faire aux alentours 1 tonne de restaurant. 

Geen hoge verwachtingen hebben een simpele B&B is het zeker. Een goede nachtrust en een douche was voor mij voldoende voor een werkbezoek aan Marrakech. Alles lag redelijk centraal. Laat wel elke dag je kamer schoonmaken vanwege de stoffigheid. Personeel was behulpzaam en aardig. Ontbijt was oké. Wellicht een opknapbeurt aan de badkamer is een must.

Personnels agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et propre, je recommande cet hôtel qui est aussi bien placé. Je reviendrai en famille 😉

Paid the TAX cash on arrival as soon as we checked in. On the morning of check out, we have been asked to pay the tax again as "nothing was written down about us paying it on arrival". Explained myself about the fact that it has been paid cash on arrival. Asked the man at reception to check CCTV to prove our payment. And surprisingly this would've taken 2 hours to check footage when he knew that our taxi was waiting outside. So had to pay this TAX twice because of a lack of organisation and honesty in this hotel. Bathroom was really old and not welcoming. Really disappointed.

terrible hotel. only the location is good. the breakfast is very poor. verry little fresh fruit, everyday the same sweet food/breakfast everything is served cold.pancakes cold eggs cold bread very dry. we were here for a week and we hated it. the Pool is more for little kids then grown people. the only thing good about this horrible hotel is the location. stay away from this hotel. the WiFi is also very bad. we had to leave our rooms to go to the ground floor for good WiFi connection i really regret choosing this hotel. i wonder where this hotel got all the good reviews from . it doesnt make sense. Avoid this hotel . there were also blood stains in my room. the cleannies is not that good either. i had to use towel to soak up the water from the shower and the sink was clogged too

Location was superb and staff was excellent. The food generally was good but having mint tea at the end of the meal was a memorable experience. Everything was good about room and hotel but they can improve the hygiene standards.

The staff of the Hotel very friendly and helpful -Taoufik-YassineHocine . The room very comfy but the bathroom very old and moulds. Good location.Very good to walk to the shops and the park next to koutubia mosque.The place is very very good for visiting .

We had a very large room with two queen beds and the terrace, so it should be fine...but, for some reason, the hotel managers did not think it was important to fix the non-closing sliding door to the terrace, armchair that is literally breaking apart, carpet that was run down and partly detached from the floor! The wardrobe was tiny - hardly enough for one person. Buffet breakfast was modest, with the emphasis on sweets and cereals. Mint tea, however, was very nice. The positive is that the beds were really comfortable, hot water always available, and the room was clean.

Room was clean, but not good view. Breakfast was real horror , cold croissants, not good looking ham and cheese which I did not dare to taste.. And location was to avoid too. You need taxi to go anywhere which was additional 15-20 eu each day.

Where do I even start.... The place was top to bottom amazing. My partner and I had a delightful stay at Yaad City Hotel. The place is located in a lovely (new) area of town, not far at all from popular attractions and from the Medina. Had the weather not been so warm, I would have taken a walk anywhere! The rooms were very well decorated, air-con was working fine, and the entire bedroom was cleaned everyday, and bathroom was supplied with soap, and new towels everyday too. The restaurant was also lovely and incredibly cheap: Enough choice to make one happy - from Moroccan traditional dishes to European dishes. Great selection. My partner and I tried couscous and tajine at different places, but both dishes were best at Yaad city hotel (especially the beef and prunes tajine). Finally, the service was outstanding. The people working there were so helpful, polite, and patient. All we could ask for in a country where we don't speak the language. The hostess, Chaima, is our highlight of the place. She made our stay so special. The loveliest hostess. She speaks perfect English and French, booked different day trips to different places in the country for us, gave recommendations as a local, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tried hard to find something negative to say, but all and all, was worth every penny!
