L’hôtel était sale il y’avait des cafard et les hôtes n’étaient pas du tout à l’écoute ni. La pour vous désolé encore de dire ça mais Hôtel fuite

The property was beautiful outside and the lobby. The rooms were okay decent, but the bathroom is in need of repairs and better house cleaning. It is near the Jemaa el square in Marrakesh. There is plenty of places to eat and transportation near.

i visited this resort at the end of August and was extremely disappointed with the service. The behaviour of the security staff and a receptionist named "Mr Aziz" was completely unacceptable. They treated as if guests are nothing more than slaves. Even though we paid for their services. The quality of food was terrible, with bumble bees landing on the food alongside guests. on the first day of our stay, my son got sick after eating their food. Despite their poor food quality and the fact that people were getting sick, they prohibit brining in outside food and water. They charge 25DH for a bottle of water. which can be purchased outside for just 5DH. The room service and location was OK.

We were a group of 10 people who checked in on the 13/08 for a week with the all inclusive package. I must say everything was top notch- warm and welcoming staff, a huge variety of food and beverages in the canteen that varies everyday, and high level of hygiene with room service provided everyday. A special shout out to Ahmed, Houria and the reception/canteen staff for making our vacation so memorable/ comfortable. At one point we had a small problem with our aircon, and within seconds of informing the staff about it, we had a technician who fixed it for us before we could even process it! Great service and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you team! -Alex and family :)

My friends and I had a disappointing experience on our first day at the hotel due to a staff member's rude behaviour, which felt discriminatory. I'll be including his picture in this post for awareness. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, if you choose a package that includes meals, be prepared to pay extra for water and drinks, as they only provide food during dinner, which I found inconvenient. While the hotel itself is decent, my interaction with this particular staff member negatively affected my overall experience

We came as lone parents with our girls, the reception staff took 3 hours to check us in, they were rude, dismissive and arrogant• The rooms are dirty, the air conditioning doesn’t work and the staff are really unhelpful and rude and in particular to women.

I must admit after reading all the reviews just before coming we was dreading the trip. However, the hotel is absolutely perfect. The food selection is incredible and if a high standard. Different choices at every food sitting. The staff can’t do enough for you. One night our shower broke, we reported this and was told he will send someone straight up and if can’t be fixed will change our room. Within 1 hour our shower was fixed. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The all inclusive bar is by the pool and there is also a bar you can pay for inside and the sky lounge which stays open till 2am. The spa is unbelievable and a better standard than most visited in England. This costs £5 per person for a 30 minute use but is so worth it. Can not complain about anything in this hotel and would 100% return here if we revisit Marrakesh.

The hotel is most definitely not a 4 star hotel as suggested the room was disgusting dirty and mouldy no working air con!!! The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were like rocks woke up several times during the night hurting and where it was so hot!!! The food wasn’t edible in my opinion!!! The staff were rude and spoke down to you there was no water on 2 nights of our stay for a couple of hours each night and wasn’t notified about this!! The pools were probably the best part of the holiday I wish I’d listened to the reviews and not thought some people just like to moan about the smallest of things!!! At breakfast on the first morning there was no cups or glasses anywhere to be seen asked several staff where they are and they just pointed saying over there I explained we had looked there already and there isn’t any and still didn’t provide us with any!!! Went without drink until the bar opened at 10am!!! Glad I was only there for the 3 nights was supposed to be a nice holiday for me and my son!!!

Visually an amazing hotel but the customer service and cleanliness of the hotel could really do with some TLC. Reception staff extremely rude I felt like I was on a life interview when asking for a roll of toilet paper and was extremely rude, I had to take one from the communal bathroom instead. Fridge in my room was reported as broken 3 times and after my 5 day trip was still broken upon check out. Shower was cold, which yeah is ideal when it’s 40 degrees outside but not want you want first thing in the morning. I was right above when the kids party or some party thing that went on until 11.30pm. I came for a relaxing holiday and a couple of the nights wanted an early night. All i’m saying is thank the lord for noise cancelling headphones. Also, if you like sleep on a rock, you’ll love the beds! Now for the positives, there aren’t many. The hotel is visually stunning and only 15 minutes in a cab to everywhere and everything you’d wanna do. A massive supermarket is only 5 minutes from the hotel which was fantastic. Just a shame I couldn’t keep my purchases cool in the fridge. The breakfast was super lovely! Loads of choose from!! Plenty coffee available, sweet and savoury bits all you want really before heading out for the day. The snack bar etc were really good prices for food by the pool and pretty tasty too. Overall I had a fantastic holiday and would go back to Morocco but just not this hotel, unless it was super cheap 😂 You defo get what you pay for!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Not sure what other reviews mean about carpets etc, it's in Marrakech and it's a reasonable price, it won't be 9* :) The breakfast is delicious, the paid coffee is 10/10, the spa is AMAZING the pools are gorgeous and perfect temperature. A very hot and dusty walk to the local (giant) Carrefour and shopping centre, but only 10mins. Past another stunning restaurant. An hours walk into the city of Marrakech, we got a taxi for 35 dirham using an app called InDrive. We're 2 British women who did ware bikinis round the pool, no problems :) I personally wore loose trousers, loose shirt and a hat so I didn't cook outside in the sun. Wore shorts too, this is also ok for tourists. Genuinely lovely hotel! There's a party pool and a quiet pool, all inclusives seems to be around the party pool with typical holiday resort music. I've worn earplugs when I went to bed early :) Kids seem to have a lot of fun, ours aren't with us, but could easily return here :) Staff lovely and they're ok with my very bad French (their English is fine too :)). Can't say enough, just lovely lovely hotel :) We did sneek bottles of water from the local Carrefour (I'd seen the reviews about the prices inside). We were breakfast only, but found no issue eating out cheaply or buying from the Carrefour and stocking our fridge :) Which I was also glad of, for my insulin. Lovely hotel.

Unfortunately our reception to the hotel was very poor and we had an exceptionally long delay being allocated an acceptable room. To be fair our situation was rectified by the duty manager and we would like to thank him for his help. The following morning at 7am, we had simply put our luggage in the car and were heading to breakfast when the man at reception without any greeting yelled to us to give him our room key. It felt like there was mistrust. Check out isn't until 12 am, and we hadn't had breakfast so we are confused as to why he did this. Reception staff are friendly but could really benefit from some training to enhance the guest experience. Breakfast is incredible but the lady boss was very busy using the big mirror visible to guests to fix her hair and make up and clean her face. We have noted this because her manager needs to advise her that breakfast service is not the place to check her make up. Waiters eat during service and when clearing a table wipe the crumbs from the table directly in the floor as "they have made an agreement with the cleaners that this is ok!" The hotel is stylish but really needs some maintenance. It appears they are happy to take money, but not spend as the big bus groups that come through will keep the hotel afloat- Leaking shower, running toilet, out dated tv, mini bar fridge not working, single bed sheets used across the bed instead of 1 large sheet, ripped sheets, dirty shower floor with mould, room service not attending to left over trays in common areas. We don't like to leave negative reviews, but as a couple who work in guest service we know that if our establishment received a review like this we would take the comments very seriously and look at what we can do to make change.
