Dar Nour El Houda

We really enjoyed staying here. The riad is located in a small alley close to the medina. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is great, and so is dinner. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Marrakech for a few days i would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect to discover the city. The riad itself was beautiful, the room we stayed in had a proper size with a cozy bed. We felt home right away. Breakfast was always a little celebration. People there were so nice, always asked how the day way and if they could help us with anything. We can totally recommend staying there.

An amazing short break at the beautiful Riad, Dar Nour el Houda! We really enjoyed the whole experience at the Riad, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay…just what we were hoping for. The hosts very exceptional, Muhammad and Ni’man were very friendly and really helpful. Upon arrival we were presented with refreshments and a map of the local area, which proved to be very useful. We stayed in the Sirr room…it was a very nice clean and cosy room. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Moroccan mint tea or coffee. One evening we decided to have dinner at the Riad, it was probably one of the best decisions we made! Sabah prepared a 3 course meal…the food was cooked to perfection! Thank you for a lovely stay…

We went for our Anniversary break and had an Amazing time. The riad is beautiful, very peaceful and inviting. Very close to all the main attractions. Muhammad and Ni’mah are the perfect hosts, very helpful, polite and respectful. Breakfast was a delight, we also had Sabah cook us an evening meal which was the best food we ate whilst in Marrakech. I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you

The staff was really friendly and helped us with all our belongings, habe us helpful recommendations around the city and even enabled us to upgrade the room :) we really liked the homemade prepared breakfast in the morning as well :)

Lovely stay, with wonderful welcoming staff. Such a beautiful modern riad based in old Marrakech. Clean open space with nice sized rooms and a lovely decor & communal area. Upon entering you will see all the highly rated trip advisor awards.Will definitely recommend. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

It was a unique experience. We wanted to immerse ourself in the local culture and this Riad was just the perfect spot! We arrived late a night and luckily we arranged with the Riad in advance a pick up from the airport if not we would have not found it. At the airport we lost more than half an hour as we could not find our driver, we phoned both telephone numbers we had and no-one picked up , we waited and after a while he arrived. It took around 20/25 minutes to get to the centre of Marrakech and and we walked less than 10 minutes as cars are not allowed in the alleys. A receptionist welcomed us with a fresh hot mint tea and biscuits and explained us the medina and the most important places with also some suggestions. Every morning we were welcomed in the terrace by a lovely breakfast with local products. The lady and the 2 guys running the Riad are so lovely and kind. Our room was pretty tiny but it was cosy and clean. We did not need more space as we were spending all day out visiting the city. The Riad is in the medina so everything is walking distance and it is a 15 minutes walk from the main square.

Lovely small Riad in a great location to explore the Medina. Great communication prior to arrival. A taxi from airport was organised with a porter taking us ‘ luggage to the door - really recommend! Also pre-booked dinner for first night - delicious 3 course meal which best tagine we had in Morocco - served on the roof top terrace. Staff were amazing - so helpful throughout our stay. Really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Gave us a great map and instructions of the medina on arrival - meant no guide was needed. Breakfast was delicious - again served on the terrace. Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. On the first floor - was very quiet. Being a small riad meant vert peaceful - with several communal seating areas. Location was great - easy to get to the main square and souks. At night, ‘path’ to Riad is lit so not an issue - we found a great restaurant (with alcohol licence) nearby for 2nd night. Would definitely recommend

This riad is beautiful and located in the heart of the Medina. Mohamed and Ismael are absolutely nice and welcoming persons. They made our stay here calm and peaceful and treated us as family. They were always there if we had some questions and shared lot of insights about the life in Marrakech. Definitely recommend this place.
