This hotel was amazing! The staff spoke perfect English and were so helpful. The wifi worked well on all 5 levels of the riad, including the roof. Breakfast was served on the roof until 10:15 which we loved, especially as the mornings were cold in December. Our room was cozy and the AC worked great. Bathroom came with shampoo and soap, but no conditioner so my hair took a bit of a toll, haha. I recommend you bring or buy conditioner as the water in Marrakech was a bit harsh. For December, this riad has the perfect location. It's dead center in the Medina and since you have to go back to change clothes around lunch (the temperature rose from 5°C to 23°C from 09:00 to 12:00) it was always easy to stop by. The reception was open 24/7 and they would always help us call restaurants to make reservations. 10/10 would stay here again! They even gave us a gift when we left :)

STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BOOK Was booked through live holiday over 6 months ago but showed up to booking and was told that they now only book through ***********. They were extremely rude and not helpful and wanted me to leave as quickly as possible without helping to find alternative accommodation, although it was late and I was alone with a child. I believe they booked it themselves and than cancelled it themselves without notifying anyone and did not want to deal with it. Horrible service and rude, unhelpful, greedy people. THEY TOLD ME TO GO PHONE THE AGENT ALTHOUGH I SHOWED THEM THE BOOKING. Love holiday than informed me that the hotel confirmed I did show up. Scam artists

I booked and paid for this room for me and my Wife during the period 6th August to 9th August. We arrived on an evening at 10pm only to be told the booking could not be found. After taking over the "night managers" PC and keyboard I managed to find an email with my booking. I was then told the room had been double booked and there were no rooms available. It was my first time in Morocco and what a dreadful first experience. The night manager had poor English. Whilst this was not the fault of the night manager as he has nothing to do with bookings, the sole responsibility falls on the manager. I asked for the night manager to organise a taxi for me as I found an alternative hotel which was a few miles away. It was after midnight and if you have never been to Marrakesh you know the deal, you're walking down alleys praying you find your Riad. This however turned into a blessing as we booked into another hotel and the trip turned out to be a brilliant short stay. Will be visiting again. Riad Art & Emotions Boutique, it's 1 star from me. Holidayers, be aware and make sure you call this hotel a night or two before to confirm you have a room or like me you will be searching for an alternative past midnight!

Everything meets your expectations for a perfect stay but there is this extra bit of magic in the location and atmosphere of the riad. The care and kindness of the staff are also unforgettable they are lovely and hostess, Especially I want to thank the talented cook SOUKAINA for the delicious dinner and the diverse breakfast 😋 I'd advise to order dinner. We had a beautiful 7-night stay here. Days started with a delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrasse and any adventures could be organized with limited planning. Highly recommended eating dinner as well, Naima is an incredible cook. The entire team is detail-oriented and extremely accommodating. I am already looking forward to returning!

Wonderful Riad with an amazing location and fantastic people working there! We really enjoyed our stay as it gave us the perfect mix of having a quiet place to sleep, an amazing rooftop to oversee the city and 1 min walking distance from the main square. Looking forward to coming back!

Memorable, is the word that I would use to describe our experience in staying in the Art&Emotions Riad. We were welcomed by staff directly at the Airport, accompanied to the entrance Riad, welcomed with Morrocan Tee, and accommodated in the beautiful and traditionally decorated rooms. We were on a coworking trip with friends so we had 3 rooms. Every day we had a full breakfast with orange juice, coffee, omelette and various traditional delicacies. You can work from the rooftop terrace, the internet is stable and the view is unique (as the Riad is higher than most of the constructions in the skyline of the city). It has a small fresh pool on the ground floor and a small Hammam and Spa, so you can finish your days refreshed. The highlight of the experience was definitely the staff. Anouar and Medhi are incredibly attentive and friendly. The genuine service culture is what made our stay very special with good smiles, conversations and tips and tricks about the city. We will definitely be coming back to the Riad, rather sooner than later!

The Riad is awesome! The service is absolutely top nodge. All of the employees are really kind and can read your mind - you don’t need to ask for anything, and they will already provide you with it. The food in the Riad is incredible as well thanks to an amazing chef 👩‍🍳 The rooms have a nice decoration and are cleaned every day. 🤍 In the mornings you can easily work from the terrace with an incredible view. The wifi works well and there are plugs everywhere. 🚀 For fun activities and sight seeing the Riad-team will be happy to help you to find a good restaurant, a good Hamamm or a visit to the palace. 💃🏽 Thank you so much for this great experience in Marrakesh. The riad has been recently renovated and the location is PERFECT: just few steps from the central square. Rooms are a bit small (two lugguages don't fit!) but you will enjoy the terrace as well as position in the city. The staff was nice and happy to help with anything. The owner helped us organizing our desert trip, airport transfers as well as booking Hammam and massage. They really want to make sure you are happy with everything and they do really care about their client. You can enjoy Hammam and Massage at the hotel, so you don't need to go around the city and you are sure you will be in a clean place.
