Hotel berhampiran Association Grand Luminy, Marseille

Went for a long weekend to see the city and it’s history, really enjoyed our time, 3 days was plenty to see everything. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the Metro. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, and spoke English very well which was useful as our French isn’t great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, also the deposit was paid back straight away on the same day in full. Highly recommend.

Stayed in this hotel in September 2023. Room 18 to be precise. If this hotel was run by a large multinational chain it would be good but simply it’s horrible. Our room smelled sickeningly of Cigarette smoke and had hairs on the shower curtain. On arrival on Saturday at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and we had to ask the maid for it to be cleaned so we could check in and go out. There’s a couple of vending machines that sell crisps etc that take your money and do nothing else. Now, the main gripe about this place is there’s no staff anywhere. Reception is permanently closed. You have to check in by the terminal at the entrance, but beware…IT DOES NOT ACCEPT CONTACTLESS. If you have no physical credit card you’re in trouble. Whilst we were checking in another group we’re trying to check in too. It was simply chaotic. The actual hotel is relatively modern but just not managed well. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. If you are English and visit here and don’t speak French you may be in trouble because the maid speaks no English. The owners of this hotel have got it wrong by employing nobody. We will never be returning. One thing to note… Google maps shows loads of places in the vicinity that sell food etc but Bizzarely it is impossible to get a food delivery.

Chambre pas très grande mais juste ce qu'il faut. TV bureau salle de bain. Seul petit problème, le rideau de douche a un problème pour la fermeture. Donc plein d'eau partout. Sinon aucun bruit des voisins. Nous avons bien dormi.

Après être tombés en panne sur l’autoroute, mon assurance nous a payé la nuit pour 4 dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les chambres étaient propres et agréables, les réceptionnistes ont été très arrangeants et gentils, et nous ont laissé rester toute la journée dans la salle de réception en attendant de récupérer la voiture. Je recommande.

The Best Western Hotel in Cassis has a great location, close to the beach and right in the heart of Cassis. The staff are also very helpful and friendly and were able to provide first aid after my partner had got a small graze from walking in a rocky area in the nearby national park. The breakfast was wonderful and we ate outside on the veranda surrounded by Jasmin plants! Thank you & we will definitely be back.

Nous sommes aller dans cette hôtel dans le cadre d’un déplacement sportif car nous jouons contre Plan de cuques et nous venons de Brest . Nous somme une grande équipe de 1ere division avec un grand nombre de personne environs 24 personnes . Mais la prise en charge à était excellente , nous avions pu avoir une chambre dédiée au soins kiné , des horaires adapté en fonction des repas , la nourriture était excellente et tout fait maison . Avec des produits frais . L’accueil et le gentillesse était présente . Nous avons l’habitude d’être dans des hôtels 4/5 étoiles . Et nous nous sommes sentie comme tel . Tout le personnel était au petit soin et , les femmes de ménages venait faire le ménage au bon moment sans nous importuner durant notre sommeil . Encore merci pour le fabuleux accueil

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

location is a bit off from main attraction, a very basic hotel where not even provide free mineral water 😅the staff recommended us place for dinner and the restaurant is absolutely nice! do check with them if you stay here!

Le cadre de verdure est agréable malgré la proximité de la zone commerciale. Appartement correct et propre à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner correct. Points à savoir: les enfants n'ont pas pied dans la piscine sauf dans le tout petit bain; l'équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste, difficile de cuisiner; dans le logement en duplex, la climatisation étant installée en bas, l'été on a chaud dans la mezzanine et ceux qui dorment en bas dans le canapé ont froid; le canapé a un matelas plutôt fin; certains soirs il y a une grosse soirée très bruyante dans le club de sport voisin.
