From the balcony, View of seaport with the Notre Dame is wonderful. Room is very clean. 24-hours Reception with high security to keep the keys of residents.

The room was a bit old and the breakfast was jz nice. Very convenient location to visit the city. Sea front view… very good☺️☺️

My wife broke her wrist on the first day in Marseille. Silvi at the hotel was superb. Nothing was a bother to her. She made numerous phone calls for us to facilitate matters and without her superb assistance we would have been in strife. All staff were so friendly and the hotel is the perfect location in Marseille for sight seeing.

The location is perfect, the room we had was large with a fabulous view of the old port. Parking is not on site but a close walk.

Perfect location near hop on hop off bus & restaurants. Staff so helpful and nothing is a bother to them. Well with a visit.

Great hotel, interestingly decorated, great view of the harbor, centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, many shops and restaurants nearby along with the major tourist attractions. The decor is particularly interesting and the rooms were large, with a nice sitting area, window overlooking the harbor, and comfortable bed.

The stay was average everything very expensive would have expected better quality for that price per night

We had a junior suite which is a very large room - almost like a flat. But what makes it stand out is the balcony with an amazing view across Vieux Port towards the Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde. It is in the best area in Marseille and is convenient for everything. Friendly staff, large comfortable beds. Junior suites have both a bath and a separate shower and the toilet is in a separate room. Overall I highly recommend this hotel

This is a great place to see the activities of the old port. The activities are fun to watch go by as you sit enjoying dining restaurants that serve very good food. Getting transportation was great and seeing activities that occurred such as parades and soccer and Rugby celebrations particularly awesome. We love this place.

It is a great location. We were promised free breakfast each morning at check in - only to be told it was €15/person per day. The breakfast was average - all the "hot food options" were lukewarm to cold every morning and the bacon drastically undercooked . The TV - half the channels didn't work. And the half that did, half of them were unwatchable due to a glitch. We reported to front desk - to no avail. It is not a quiet hotel though as buskers are outside every day with drums, singers, accordions, guitars, etc

It is a funky boutique hotel with stunning views of both the harbour and Notre Dame, with a plethora of dining options close by and within easy walking distance to shopping and everything.
