Très belle hotel en plein coeur de M****ille. Chambre spacieuse et au calme. Personnel très professionnel. Exposition contemporaine dans les escaliers qui aide fortement à faire de nombreux cauchemars la nuit. Problème de douche avec rapide inondation de la salle de bain et de la chambre, moquette comprise. Odeur tres forte à notre arrivée de produits chimique dans la chambre du au nettoyage de la moquette. Excellent séjour.

Hôtel très bien situé, qui permet de voir plusieurs monuments historiques à M****ille avec une grande facilité et à pied presque de tout, personnel accueiillant, néanmoins quelques remarques: absence de drap sous la couette, en été mettre une couette chaude est inapproprié, les chambres méritent une petite rénovation, plusieurs trous dans la porte et sur le mur, la douche fonctionnait mal, pas très digne d'un 4e hôtel, le lit de notre fils n'a pas été fait à notre retour

Really nice! I loved how you can have your own space by closing the curtain. The beds didn't make any noise or movements when you climb into the upper bed. Maybe a small improvement: sign for where the reception/checkin is or some arrows. Overall had a nice stay, very cozy place and clean and good working services

La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle.Nous avons bien aimé le système d'ouverture de la salle de bain qui permet de gagner de la place avec les miroirs intégrés. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie et l'insonorisation très bonnes.

Great location, close to metro, good room size and clean. The small pantry with extra sink is helpful when another person is using the toilet. A minor problem is that the hairdryer is attached in the toilet, have to wait for 1 person done using the hair dryer before the next person can use the toilet.

Centralized location at the M****ille port and close proximity to a series of bar and pubs. Getting the m****ille port view triple room model gives a luxurious 25sqm floor area.l But the same proximity also brought noise in the evening from near by dance clubs and even morning gathering crowds. Sound proofing is also its archilles heel.

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.
