Hotel berhampiran Musée des Civilisations de lEurope et de la Méditerranée, Marseille

房間很乾凈，有個陽台，離港口碼頭步行5分鐘。服務也很好，有個服務員來中國學習生活了好幾年，漢語很好。早餐很好，國外特點是品種不多，但是食材很好。缺點是游泳池特別短，也就10米長，不適合游泳，存粹是玩水。健身房比較簡單，比國內洲際的健身器材少太多。個人感覺度假到馬賽或者尼斯，比到巴黎好太多，人不多又安靜舒服。巴黎類似北京上海，要來一次，看看皇宮之類的也就沒啥意思了

La ubicación es espectacular, tenéis todo al lado. El sofá cama que nos tocó no lo usamos porque no lo veíamos cómodo así que decidimos dormir tres personas en cama de dos. Como solo pasamos una noche no dijimos nada. El personal muy simpático la verdad, ponían de su parte para entendernos en inglés. Al lado había una calle muy bonita para hacer fotos!!

The room we paid extra to hve view and light avoiding the back alley. Then a band with at leas ten instruments played all day without stopping a minute. Looked like a group from somewhere, hotel would not do a thing about it. Decibels over the norm you call the police or municipal autorities but the receptionist, keen at the hour of overcharging did not want to do anything. Bad experience. No sleep at day time is possible there.

Good value hotel. Convenient location as it’s walkable from the main train station where there is the airport shuttle bus. Very good services and friendly staff. Breakfast was quite good too for this price.

The man, if I remember correctly, the senior manager - was friendly, as was the night security. All the women at the reception were extremely unfriendly, the bureaucracy was harassing. Overall, a depressing impression: irritated bureaucrats + unsafe area + poor cleaning and a frightening view of the construction site liquid soap hangs right above the hair dryer plugged into the socket and drips onto it. It is unclear how they could have obtained a license from the fire department

非常方便。也乾淨。機場出來直接Bolt 或Uber。前台有寶藏。馬修能説一口地道的天津話。擱這幹浪費人才。 帶娃歐洲遊酒店得降低3個檔次。如果歐洲不是大老闆過來中國今後統一用ibis招待即可。美國過來的一般用Holiday Inn足夠。老闆或專制各種不服抱怨的除外。目前中國像凱賓斯基600萬豪等等屬於福利普惠老百姓，要趁早享受。

did not refund me my deposit. for some reason they didn't refunded my deposit. speaking to them ” they had an error on there system” and they said its there fault, trying to sort this out I kept calling to speak to the manger as the manger is the only one who can sort it out. after calling and calling the manger finally called me back to say he will send the money to a different card as they couldn't sent it back to the same card ( amex ). the manger called me at a time when I couldn't talk or had time to be given card numbers, so I asked him to call me back in a few hours, never heard from him again and never got my refund.

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

Un séjour exceptionnel au Crowne Plaza ! Mon expérience au Crowne Plaza a été tout simplement mémorable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par un réceptionniste absolument charmant et professionnel. Son sens de l'accueil et son attention aux détails ont immédiatement fait toute la différence et ont contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. L'hôtel lui-même est superbe, avec des installations impeccables et un cadre raffiné qui invite à la détente. Chaque aspect de notre séjour a été parfait, de la propreté des chambres au service irréprochable du personnel. Mais c'est vraiment ce réceptionniste qui a fait toute la différence pour nous. Son sourire, sa courtoisie, et sa volonté de rendre notre séjour agréable ont été un véritable coup de cœur. Sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons au Crowne Plaza à chaque fois que nous voyagerons dans le sud. Cet hôtel a su nous séduire et nous avons déjà hâte de revenir pour revivre cette belle expérience. Merci à toute l'équipe, et surtout à ce réceptionniste exceptionnel, pour avoir rendu notre séjour si spécial. ChambresLes chambres du Crowne Plaza de Marseille sont un véritable atout de cet hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans l’une des chambres KING SIZE que l’hôtel nous offre, et franchement, c’était tout ce que nous recherchions. La première chose qui nous a frappés, c'est l'espace : la chambre était incroyablement spacieuse, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. Le design moderne et épuré de la chambre, associé à une décoration soignée, crée une ambiance à la fois élégante et chaleureuse. Le lit King-size, véritable cocon de confort, nous a assuré des nuits de sommeil profond, ce qui est toujours appréciable après une journée de visites. Un autre point fort de la chambre, et pas des moindres, c’est son insonorisation. Nous n’avons été dérangés par aucun bruit extérieur, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre détente. C’était littéralement parfait en termes de confort sonore, parfait pour se reposer en toute tranquillité. Si vous cherchez une chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisée, et qui vous permette de vraiment décompresser tout en profitant d’un cadre chic et confortable, la chambre KING SIZE du Crowne Plaza de Marseille est une option que je recommande sans hésitation.
