1. AVANI's Air-conditioning should not be called Air-conditioning it did not condition the air to a satisfactory temperature during the entire stay and is excessively noisy whilst one is trying to sleep. 2. The showers did not know whether they wanted to be hot nor cold so every shower was a surprise, for the money you're paying at this so called ”fine establishment” is unacceptable. 3. The Service at either of the Restaurants is a 1 Star from me, unhappy staff who come around at intervals which are way too long, the meal options are also not very enticing to one's taste buds. 4. Pricing of a Maluti beer, your own local beer at R65 each is daylight robbery when you can get it for R40 down the road at Piri Piri, not all of your visitors are millionaires but not to worry I went to the wholesaler and bought myself a case for R400 equating to R16 each, wow imagine that. 5. The Gym, do you actually call that a Gym?? Dysfunctional machinery from the 70's, surely you make enough money to update the Gym and cardio equipment? Ok ok enough of the bad? I would like to atleast commend the Reception staff for being a lovely welcome home everyday after being out and about in the beautiful country of Lesotho, they are great and always going out of there way to assist. I'm not saying or asking you to fix the above but atleast take it into consideration, perhaps a little upgrade would bring many more patrons to your Hotel that is all. Thank you for having us.
