I've stayed here 30+ times and never had issues with cleanliness until Spring 2023. I had a room with hair in between sheets and food crumbs all over the desk. I told the hotel team and they were helpful in getting me moved to a new room that appeared much cleaner. The next visit again there were multiple hairs in the bed and shower. I called the front desk and they were booked but did bring up clean sheets and a bedspread that I could change. My next (third) visit my room was spotless and there was a nice note apologizing for the issues. Happy with the outcome, I booked again and was very disappointed to have another room where the sheets hadn't been changed with hair in the sheets. After that I switched to the Fairfield for over 5 months but had to book the Hampton when the Fairfield was full. I had heard it improved so was optimistic about it but when I pulled back the sheets, there were hairs in between them and hair in the bathroom. I was really hoping they'd improve since the staff is always courteous and helpful. I've never asked for a refund and also haven't been given it. I figure their cleanliness standards accept it and have talked to others who say it wouldn't bother them.
