Villa Fiorella Art Hotel

An incredible experience! My wife and I stayed at the “Villa Fiorella Art Hotel” during our vacation, everyone was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay! From the second we arrived, until the very last minute of our departure! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! You will not be disappointed! Special thanks to Carmine and Giosuè during our early a.m. check out process, you were both truly kind and extremely helpful, we will never forget you!

We paid £650 for 1 night at this hotel to wake up with ants crawling on us, the room was infested! Our drinks covered with ants! We contacted reception to deal with the issue however upon returning to our room, the ants were still there. Not what you expect with such an expensive price tag! ******* has contacted the hotel since to address the issue but the hotel aren’t interested!

Hi Lia/Enza and everyone at Villa Fiorella Well 2024 at Villa Fiorella...what can I say. We have been coming here since 2017 and it gets better every year. It's amazing how a hotel can do that. We received the beautiful room 204 ( again) and did not disappoint. This year included complimentary tea/coffee soft drinks and water. This is a great addition for 2024. Improvements throughout the hotel continue to give from the new soft furnishings around the pool to the new furniture in the upstairs restaurant. The new window in the lounge and new flooring coming out of reception...exquisite! It's great to see money reinvested back into the hotel for the benefit of all the guests. I just want to say thank you to all the staff at Villa Fiorella. It's great to see all the staff who we have known now for so many years. It shows that the hotel does things to retain such wonderful staff. From Lia, Enza, Greta, Margarithe and all on reception including Antonio! From breakfast staff Candida and her assistant the lovely young lady The bar and restaurant staff Giuseppe, Gino, Roman, Luciano and all the other guys so many to mention. Not forgetting housekeeping our room was immaculate every day and one day all my clothes were folded..just needed to be popped into the suitcase..amazing. We are very well travelled but always return every year to Villa Fiorella for the most magical holiday. This place is more than bricks and mortar... it's the magical experience given by all within its beautiful walls. We have already booked for next September, 2025, and we will be bringing our family in 2026 when I have a big celebration Bravo Alberto....

The hotel was very nice,clean. The employees were extremely kind and helpful. The pool area was very peaceful and a great place to relax. And the food was amazing. The rooftopbar is also a great choice if you want to spend a night with good music,snacks and a breathtaking view.

The 5 star rating for this hotel is well deserved. We stayed at Villa Fiorella for 4 days for our daughter’s 16th birthday after visiting Rome, Naples, and Pompeii. The hotel is gorgeous, with an unbelievable location with views of Capri in the distance. Expansive, well-maintained, and spacious rooms, equipped with good coffee and drinks. Beautiful bathroom - and trust me - that can make or break your trip - with a separate rain shower. You feel good being the room and that’s a feeling most hotel rooms don’t have. The rooftop bar area is great to hang out but the real charm is the swimming pool. Infinity style, very instagrammable, and a sunset view to die for. Breakfast presented another opportunity to sample great service. No doubt that the defining moment of this hotel stay was the service. Leah and her crew went above and beyond to accommodate us. Whether it was to work with our busy itinerary to schedule 4 massages for our family, or to arrange a car to pick us up at nearby Sorrento after check out, the concierge team was a delight to work with. It’s the feeling of being taken care of that’s paramount in the hospitality business, and there’s none better than Villa Fiorella hotel in that regard. Leah and everyone else - thank you for making our stay special and memorable. Definitely a place I’d come back to and easy recommendation for anyone to stay!

We stayed at Villa Fiorella for four days as a couple. It is easy accessible by car. Breakfast comes with lots of extras and magnificant view. We espcially loved the pool restaurant and the roof top (sunset) bar. In summary…stylish hotel with stunning view, excellent food and so nice personnel!…it is just perfect👌

This is a boutique hotel just outside the center of Sorrento. It is a great choice if you want to get away from the crowds but still be able to get to sorrento within 15-20 min (hotel is 4 miles away but the roads are narrow and curvy). When we first entered the hotel we were a little underwhelmed as the lobby is not as you would expect from an “Art” hotel. However, after a few days we truly appreciated the fantastic service, beautiful pool, best breakfast we had in the 4 luxury hotels we stayed in on our trip and the fantastic balcony overlooking the sea. Be prepared for a small and unassuming hotel, but one that focuses on relaxation, service and food.

I booked this hotel as I wanted to book somewhere that felt special for my husband’s birthday (of the significant variety!) and it did not disappoint! From beginning to end the service, location, room and overall experience were exceptional. I could have cried when we left !! We could not have chosen anywhere better from the breathtaking views from the infinity pool and rooftop bar and wonderful and friendly staff it was a truly 5 star experience- thank you.

This hotel was absolute perfection. The service, from the concierge to the waitstaff to the housekeeping, was incredible. The room was beautiful and clean and tasteful. The views were absolutely stunning. There's art everywhere you turn. I can't recommend it enough!
