Staff great,great location but run like faulty towers,Manuel could appear at any moment,shame becoz it's in an ideal location but very confusing layout,no lift n difficult to navigate when u are tired r drunk 🥴

Extremely hot room and no fans to offer guests. Soft and uncomfortable bed. Only 1 bath towel in a double room. Asked for another bath towel to be delivered to room and was given 3 hand towels 🤷🏼♀️

Wasn't actually able to stay at the hotel sdue to an error in their system. The hotel were accommodating to try and get is booked in on 3 extra dates but unsuccessful. Refused a refund on the issue. Can't say alot more other than a shame we were unstable to stay.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights with family. But would say have had a worst experience of our life. The entire hotel is full of spider webs. The room is in a terrible state, with broken and rusty furnitures, broken bed, full of dust and spider webs. My little one got so much of rashes cause of the insects in the room. We booked breakfast with room and that was the worst choice ever. The breakfast consisted of ready croissants, pancakes, waffles and some stale cut fruits. No eggs nothing. Please do not book this hotel as you will be wasting your time and money. Rather look for some decent hotel.
