Ulasan Ace Inn Matsumoto

The location is unbeatable! It's just 200 meters to the right after exiting the station. Remember to book your free onsen experience at Shofukan in the evening. Although Shofukan only offers one large pool, it's more than enough, especially since the hotel provides it for free. Plus, there's complimentary coffee and drinks on the first floor. The breakfast is a bit simple, but then again, it's free.

Within a few minutes walk from the station. Convenient with JR, bus terminal, shopping and dining choices available just next to one another. Free breakfast and drink bar available for hotel guests.

I had a great experience staying here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — thank you to everyone at the front desk for your kind service! The location is excellent and very convenient for travel at any time. I would love to stay here again if I visit Matsumoto in the future.

Right next to the train station, great location. The breakfast was tasty, and the buffet offered plenty of food to fill you up. Even when the restaurant was closed, self-service drinks were still available. The front desk can mail luggage for you, making it easy to head into the mountains.

Really conviennt location, right outside of the JR Matsumoto station. Breakfasy was also decent, many selections.

The hotel is in the good location to walk 2-3 minutes only from Matsumoto station and opposite to Matsumoto bus terminal where is easy to go any places that you have planned to visit places. The size of the room quite small but for 1 person, be OK. The view from the room.

Spent a night at Ace Inn Matsumoto, it was super convenient as it was just a short walk from the train station. They received my luggage beforehand and even placed it in my room, which was really helpful. There’s a little table of amenities in the lobby, so you can just grab what you need. Aircon worked well and you can adjust the strength. Breakfast was alright, pretty standard, but does the job. Only bad part was that there was a slight smoke smell in my room, even though it was supposedly Non-Smoking.

The hotel looks old, but it doesn’t matter because the rest of the facilities are good and location is right opposite bus station which is also a plaza with food and supermarket. The hotel staff is really nice, upgraded my room from single to double room. You can purchase the castle ticket from the reception counter if you plan to go, the castle is 15min away by walking.

Convenient location, 2 min walk from JR Station, easy to go in and leave by JR. Longer breakfast time until 9:30, cheerful for relaxation trip. I recommended.

The location is incredibly convenient, which more than makes up for the hotel's limited facilities. It's a reliable place to stay.

Modern and business hotel near the Matsumoto JR station, it is just next door to the station. So far everything is good. Recommend people for short stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is superb,just 2minutes walk from JR station. Alpico bus station is opposite the hotel,very convenient if you plan to travel by bus. Lots of restaurants around there. Highly recommended!!! Overall this hotel was better than I expected.
