Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, good food and reasonable room service, 5 minutes from the airport. I loved this hotel!

This hotel was such a nice place to stay in Maun. The staff is super friendly, restaurant food is good quality and reasonably priced and they have a hotel shuttle. The room is clean with a comfy bed and fridge, microwave and kettle. It’s about 15 minutes from the main part of town and the airport. I didn’t see any shops within walking distance but enjoyed the good on property.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Maun, Dolar Lodges & Tours is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a garden, barbecue facilities and parking on-site among other facilities. With pool views, this accommodation features a patio and a swimming pool. The accommodation provides free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. I wasn’t expecting much from a 3* off the beaten track but Maun Lodge really impressed me. The staff were great… helpful, friendly and professional. Free airport transfers which arrived at a time convenient to me. The room was basic but cared for with everything you might need. Bed was comfortable enough and linen was clean. Towels needed an upgrade but useable. Toiletries were as you would expect in a 3 star but the shower was great. Lovely views from the seating outside the room and as a solo female traveler, I felt safe. The restaurant was definitely the highlight. A combination of local and western choices with something for everyone’s taste. Freshly cooked and tasty. Exceptional value for money and definitely worth a stay if in the area.
