Hotel berhampiran Notre-Dame de Banneux, Mauritius

前台小姐姐人很好！超級熱情！英文溝通順暢！ 整個小酒店麻雀雖小五臟俱全的感覺。房間裏甚至有微波爐。 早餐在室外難免有小飛蟲在旁邊飛。洗澡什麼的都沒問題但是浴室居然有部分是木質地板，感覺有點奇怪。晚上室外牆壁挺多壁虎的哈哈哈哈～ 這個小酒店最好的就是地理位置！酒店後面走幾步就是藍灣！而且退房了也可以回酒店洗澡，很貼心！ 當然晚上要早點回來，如果從大路走回來天黑沒啥燈還挺嚇人的。

Отличный отель! Сервис на высоте! Особенно радует нестандартное оформление территории и архитектуры. Видно что в этот проект вложено много сил! Не забудьте прокатиться по реке!

الصراحه من اجمل الأماكن التي قمت بزيارتها تحس انك صاحب المنتجع من كثر ما يخدمونك الاكل متنوع والابتسامه ما تفارق الموظفين أبداً والسعر مناسب بقوه ما راح تكون اخر زياره لي ان شاء الله الغرفه مريحه وتفتح النفس ويهتمون بالنظافه بشكل كبيير جدا شكرا لكم على هذا المكان

منتجع قمة في الرُقي.. المجتمع فيه والبيئة جدًا ممتازة وراقيه، الخدمة رائعة ويبحثون عن رضاك مهما كان، كريمين جدًا وطيبين كموظفين يعاملونك كأنك صديق لهم ولست مقيم عندهم وهو مُجرد موظف يخدمك كخدمة عادية.. مهتمين في جميع الزبائن من جميع الجنسيات وأنا كعربية ( سعودية ) تلقيت خدمة أكثر من رائعة وكانت توجد موظفة قمة في الذوق والأحترام والأدب أسمها زهراء. ماتتركنا بدون ماتلبي جميع احتياجاتنا ومن لُطفها كانت أيضًا تسألنا عن يومنا وكيف مدى رضانا عن المنتجع والاقامة. كنا مقيمين في فيلا رائعة جدًا.. كل ليلة يرسلون إلينا شوكلت مع صورة لمكان في موريشوس وتعريف عنه، لفته جدًا مميزة. من ناحية الأكل.. كانوا يهتمون في أكلنا كوننا مسلمين وكثير، وأيضًا ضيفونا مرتين على فطور عربي خاص من الشيف نفسه وهذا جدًا مميز لنا❤️ ويعني لنا الكثير كون أننا نذوق أكلنا من أيادي آخرى غيرنا تجربة شيقة.. الكثير والكثير من الخدمات الجميلة وأتمنى أن أكرر الزيارة مره آخرى لها❤️

I don't recommend the hotel, the swimming pools both are dirty lots of insects in the water, the jacuzzi cold water n dirty too. One can hear lots of noises at night if you are lucky you won't get those rooms it looks like mauritians who get those noisy room as at night you can hear the noise of air con or pump water machine. If you take some dried grapes after breakfast to eat in the terrace you will be told not to take where as I have seen other guests took plate of food. They don't give tea or coffee in the bedrooms but just kettle n cups. The only good thing is the room is clean but they won't clean it everyday. They put very few food for breakfast one can count 15 pieces on the plate and when finished they will replenished it. I didn't feel comfortable during my stay as while I eat my breakfast I can feel them monitoring me. The pictures of the pools have deceived me and my family. More customer service are needed in this place too. The only person who helped me was sanjeev for lifting my luggage when I came to the rooms. I did ask if they serve food at night they said no but I saw guests eating at night and every night I have to take my parents to eat in restaurants which is far from the beach. They do give shuttle car but on some hours and I had to take taxi sometimes.

I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.

The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

We recently stayed at this gorgeous beachfront hotel for our wedding, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The setting by the ocean was breathtaking, and the service exceeded all our expectations. The staff played a significant role in making our special day and stay absolutely magical. The dining was exceptional, with Preetee, Siven, Brigitte, and Paul providing top-notch service. They were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring every meal was perfect. Each dish was served promptly and was delicious. Esha, the barista, made us the best coffee we’ve ever had. Her skill and passion for making the perfect cup really stood out, and her warm personality made each visit to the café enjoyable. We also had excellent service from Sawmy during our wedding dinner, who ensured that every detail was spot-on, adding a personal touch to the evening. Aldo took great care of us on the beach, keeping the drinks and snacks coming while we soaked in the sun. Hans, another staff member, was always full of energy and added to the positive atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every space, from our room to the common areas, was spotless, showing a real commitment to maintaining high standards.Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Manie. From the initial planning to the day itself, she went above and beyond to make our beach ceremony more than we could have ever dreamed of. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made the entire event flawless and stress-free. Manie didn’t just organize our wedding—she created an experience we’ll cherish forever. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make it the most beautiful day of our lives. If you’re planning a wedding, you can trust her to make your day just as incredible! In summary, while the hotel’s location and facilities are outstanding, it’s the staff that truly elevates the experience. Every person we encountered was professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
