The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.

Good location to many restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and readily available for visitors. The bands outside on the beach are a bit loud and annoying but otherwise nice location on the beach.

It is a good location and on the beach. Check in was a little hectic but manageable. The bands outside the hotel were loud and annoying, made it hard to visit with friends. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Food always the same,not a good taste on the food and drinks don't have a big choice ******* app did a mistake on my reservation and the hotel and ******* charge me extra money 👎

Beautiful beach and a lot of chairs and space. Our room was large, we Had a beautiful ocean view with a big balcony . The room was clean and the cleaning personnel did a really good job . The buffet at La Terraza needs improvement. Same 3 man band played same songs every single night. It would be nice with some variation. The pool bar was closed as well as the bar at north tower. According to the program received at the arrival it was supposed to be open on Tuesdays and Friday at 5pm to 7 pm. Very little entertainment at night, not enough shows. Maybe a piano bar? Only one sit down reservation restaurant was open each night…….if you didn’t call exactly at 8 am in the morning there was no availability’s (ex Italian night -Georginis all 3 seating was all booked at 8.30 Am in the morning).

The property is old and needs to be remodeled. The food is not that good either. We stayed there because of the pictures and reviews. I will say that the pictures are misleading. On a good note the majority of the staff were really nice (except the lady at the front desk); our room did have a good view and the property location is perfect as it’s in the middle of the golden zone.
