No pude llegar a mi reservación e intente cancelarla y que me hicieran un reembolsos y noe solucionaron nada así que pues no sé nada bueno que opinar

El servicio es normal en general, con excepciones, como los de valet parking excelente(te cobran extra este servicio, $100 al día), pero el que prepara los omelettes malo. La comida es buena, al menos lo que elegí, el zarandeado estuvo exquisito. La alberca es genérica, no la mejor. El internet considero es bueno.
Lo peorsito son las habitaciones, colchones en pésimo estado, y accesorios del hotel oxidados.
Tienen agentes de venta para venderte noches del hotel, ignóralos, esto es de muy mal gusto, te llevan con engaños, que te regalan 3 noches, lo cual es una farsa, solo intentan venderte.

The resort is clean and the staff is awesome.
The breakfast buffet was great!!
My only concern was that none of the balcony doors locked in our suite and could definitely be accessed by other balconies (so not secure).
The resort also caters to the Cruise Ship groups that come in and use the facilities for the day.

Please be aware that this property is not updated. IT is Old and it shows. Old, cracked floors, very old paint, doors are old and need paint and care, the rooms are spacious but again very old. The water pressure comes and goes and the hot water would also come and go, Could not take a warm shower cause the hot would only last a short time.
The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home but again the building needs help. This is not a 4 star hotel. more like a 3 star.

It’s at the beach. Do not eat at restaurant closed to elevator. That was awful.
But, the hotel breakfast is amazing. And the staff very nice and kind.
