Tuve que bajar 3 veces en la recepción, no había ni papel de baño, y ninguna toalla , y esperarlas mejor yo para que me la dieran, y si les falta demasiado mantenimiento, y son muy sucios , le faltaba mucha limpieza a la habitación , la puerta del baño ni cerraba, el pasador del cuarto para cerrar la habitación no servía, su internet no sirve y no te llega tampoco la señal, las sábanas se veían sucias de la cama , y la presión del baño de la regadera no era mucha se cortaba , y yo no era la única en recepción quejándose por lo mismo , eran varias habitaciones, no vale la pena aunque su vista sea muy bonita al mar

Hice mi reservación y despues vi los malísimos comentarios sobre este hotel. Estuve a punto de cancelar y buscar otra opción pero al final "nos la rifamos" (que nadie nos cuente). Y sinceramente no será el hotel mas nuevo, si necesita mantenimiento pero nuestra estancia de 2 noches fue muy buena. Excelente servicio ⭐️ . El personal super atento y amable.

The location for this place is amazing. The best beach in all mazatlán is where this hotel is located at. Too bad the hotel itself it’s falling apart. Nothing works correct. It’s too old and nobody cared to do upkeep at all. The pool was not usable in three weeks that we stayed there. Good thing the best beach is there.
The staff makes up for the “condemned” place. They are friendly and very attentive. At least, that was my experience with them.

Staff very friendly. Hotel in general needs to be repaired and or remodel. Windows dirty with bird poop on the outside. Wall paint pilling off.

Please be aware that the pictures are not real!! The hotel is extremely dirty and everything seems to be broken, not all rooms have AC nor tv , they forced us to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included. Threatened me and my family out of the facility.

Awful service my reservation was made to be able to have 4 people in the room. I was charged extra for a third person. There were towels and toilet paper missing, I requested them to be brought to the room since I checked in and never had them delivered, I had to ask one of the cleaning people for towels and toilet paper the next day. For next time I will wait to get a hotel when I arrive there.

Nice location, sadly this is the only thing that this outdated hotel has to offer, which is fine, but could improve a little to compete with newer facilities in the area.

The rooms were terrible. The ceiling was falling apart. The tub was dirty. They give you one sheet on the bed. No wifi. TV did not work. The elevator button only worked to go up and it was barely working.
