Great place, but definitely needs a little more parking space, since it gets fully packed every night.

Property is new so the cleanliness was immaculate. The staff were very friendly. I would have given a 5-star review if it were not for the shower. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash viles were empty for the 2-3 days were there and they were not refilled. The shower also flooded so it was gross standing in the water; had to rush my shower. And the water spilled outside.

This hotel has no organization, the staff usually clone your cards and charge you double even if the reservation is already paid on *******. There is no way to contact them to resolve it, neither ******* nor Aloft Mcallen are responsible, I stayed the night of March 28 and paid through *******, and the next day on March 29 Aloft Mcallen charged me again, and I only stayed one night, so they charged me double. Since then I have not returned to the USA and on May 18, 2024 I was charged again on my Aloft Mcallen hotel card for one night and two rooms like the ones I booked on March 28. I have already paid for those rooms 3 times. They are thieves

The place was very pretty, and the person working the desk was as friendly as could be, but the one person checks in people and manages the purchases from the food area, so lines were long and slow. The sprinkle system sprung a leak in the hallway, so I called downstairs to tell them. They went to work on the problem immediately but I was awake most of the night with their equipment making a racket. The hallways are carpeted, but there is not enough sound dampening. Every person who walks in the hallway and speaks sounds as if they are in your room. Still some kinks to work out.Bed was comfortable
