LakeFront Lodge

First time staying at the lodge. We brought our boat & rented the slip, they only have one available. Enjoyed being able to go in and out of the lake during the weekend. The well groomed yard area, the length of the building, leading to the lake (approx. 70 yds from the porches to the waterline)is full of seating, picnic tables, swing, firepits, corn hole, and rentable kayaks/canoes/paddleboards. There is also a semi shallow swimming section between the docks and the shoreline. The rooms were rustic , cabin- like decor with all having a back porch and good views of the lake. The beds were a little to soft and the walk around space in the rooms was a little tight but otherwise they were nice and clean. Mini fridge(small square) and microwave in the room. Front desk went over and above to help with our questions before arrived and needs after we checked in. Brandy helped us repeatedly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Katrina at the front desk was awesome and friendly and the accomidations were clean and inviting. Will definitely be back!

This was a lovely spot. The room was spotless clean and cozy. The view was beautiful of the lake. There were fire pits and corn hole to use as well as chairs and lounges to get your sun shine. We saw kids swimming, but water was too cold for me ! We are planning to go back

This was my second trip here with my husband. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, I regret not remembering her name (that just shows my age lol) The room was so clean. The lake is just out your back door with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view or sit by the crackling fire in the evening. We intend to come back again to stay

Great spot. Cozy, comfortable, with an excellent view. Pleasant helpful staff. Bed was comfy. I only had 2 wishes for this place: 1. I wish the balcony had a screen door. We were there on a very pleasant May weekend and it would have been nice to keep the door open for some fresh air and not have to worry about bugs cooking in. And 2. Although the seating in the room definitely matched the aesthetic, I wish the couch was a bit more comfy for lounging. But none of those wishes hampered our stay. We’d definitely book here again for a quiet lake getaway with fabulous views.

I took a solo trip (with my dog) to clear my head and this was the most perfect spot. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had music playing as I walked in. The room included a private little patio and access to the beautiful common area, right in front of the water. The Lodge is only about 10 minutes to the state park, and a short drive to coffee shops, breweries, and more. It was perfect and I will definitely be returning. I went in May and the rates were very affordable. Staff was lovely as well and helped me find some dog friendly spots to eat! :)

Brandi is who makes the stay clean, comfortable and thoughtful. It's in the details like fire pits started for that warmth and gathering. Clean fully stocked coffee, tea, hot chocolate station. Created with a smile and friendly Hi. Stayed here many times and will keep coming back.

A last-minute trip for my husband and I. Such a quaint, comfortable lodge. The room was clean, and the views were beautiful. Close to restaurants and offers plenty of amenities. We will definitely return.

In town for my granddaughters basketball tournament at Garrett University. This place is the best. Super clean rooms, great view of the lake, the marina is right there. They let us check in early, have a Cornhole court setup and they had 2 fire pits going at night plus the rooms have the best price in the area. Wife and I will be going back for a golf weekend and we will be staying here.
