ツインはバルコニーに出れて大変気持ちいいです。朝食もすきです、なぜか癒されるホテルです。夜の食事もカキフライを食べましたが美味しかったです！
アメニティも化粧水などカネボウのものがありました。特にヘアアイロンなどの貸出はなさそうです何回かリピートしています。

Good hotel close to the station (literally 1min walk). Beds are comfortable, bathroom is the classic blocky bathroom from japanese hotels but it works well.
Definitely recommended if you need an hotel in the fussa area.

酒店設施很新，離昭島站步行5分鐘左右。房間非常乾淨，也比較寬敞。房間裏面提供了書籍雜誌，還有一個掛鐘，很有家的感覺。早餐自助，連住三天食物都有變化。有飲水機和製冰機。因為不需要每日進來打掃，還贈送了小禮物，每天會有人把換洗毛巾睡衣放在門口。工作人員服務態度也特別好。總之是非常nice的入住體驗，推薦！

駅前で予定があったため宿泊しました。甲州街道沿いに位置し、ホテルから八王子駅北口周辺まで徒歩10分くらいです。宿泊代も周辺では一番安かったと思います。駐車場(提携のコインパーキング)は1日500円で出入り自由なのがありがたかった。設備や備品等は年季が入っており、客室もまあ、薄暗く、閉塞感が漂っていました。悪かった点は、使い捨てのスリッパがなかったこと。潔癖なのはもちろん、このご時世使い回しのスリッパはいかがなものかと。フロントに聞いたところ売店にてスリッパを販売しているとのこと(笑)いやいや金とるんかいな！あとチェックインの手続きをしている最中、フロント横事務所から出てきた従業員が客用の自販機で普通に飲み物買っててビックリしました。せめて客がいない時にしましょう。今回1番良かった点はレイトチェックアウトのシステムが素晴らしかったこと。13時まで(通常checkoutは10時)当日宿泊料金の30%つまり1000円～2000円程で最大3時間もレイト出来てしまいます。こんな強みがあるなら客室にリーフレット設置したりネットでＰＲしたらいいのにな。こうしたらもっと良くなるのに～って感じのホテルでした。神経質な方はア〇ホテルや東〇インが無難でしょう。

If you're a non smoker, under no circumstances stay in the smokers' section. I had to do it because of reasons, and hell! It was rough.

Train station, convenience store, shopping mall in walking distance. Located in the middle of Tokyo and Mt Fuji.
Stay here if you are looking for peace, stay out of the city crowd (especially Tokyo, Shinjuku area), but you have to sacrifice some travelling time. We had a chill and relax trip, and really had fun throughout our 8nights stay here.
Hotel's receptionist can communicate well in English, but not to nearby shops/stores. No worries much cause simple English or google translate works well too in Japan. Hotel does provide self service laundry at 3rd floor (few hundred yens only to both wash & dry)

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

長所と短所がとてもハッキリとしたホテルという印象。 ①部屋 平均的な都内のホテルに比べるととても広い。子連れの親として感動したのは、全体的にソファやベッドの背丈が低かったことと、備品が高いところや戸棚にうまく隠されてて子どもが手に取れないところにあったところ。子連れの宿泊者が多いのも納得の考えられた子どもに優しい部屋だと思う。逆に備品が目につかないように隠されすぎてどこにあるのか大人もわからなかったので、これはお部屋に着いた段階でスタッフが基本的なことは説明すべきだと思う。（説明がなかった） ➁施設 屋上スパは別途料金がかかるがその価値あり。晴れていれば富士山も見られるし、温泉なので満足度が高かった。 ➂サービス 全体的にスタッフは困ったなーと感じた時には声をかけてくれるので良かった。時間帯によって無料のドリンクやパンなどが提供され、部屋に持ち帰りもできる。 がっかりしたのはレストランで、配膳にやたらと時間がかかるのは大きなマイナス。御造りの提供に３０分以上かかってるのはどうかと思う。なぜか先にメインがきてしまったのには驚いた。朝食も配膳が遅いので遅くに来たお客がロビーでごった返していました。 ④ＳＤＧｓ はっきり言ってこれがこのホテルを台無しにしている。ＳＤＧｓ自体は啓蒙すべきだと思うが、このホテルのやっていることははっきり言ってＳＤＧｓという名の経費削減です。客が高額のホテルに宿泊するのは非日常感を体験するためで、ホテルがこだわった備品やアメニティを堪能することこそがホテル宿泊の醍醐味だと思うのです。 それなのにこのホテルは歯ブラシをケチる。（一本５００円の謎に高い竹製の歯ブラシを買わされるか、持参するかの二択） 部屋には最低限のアメニティしかない。（この価格帯なら、化粧水・乳液などもう少し充実させても良いのではないでしょうか。ビジネスホテル並みの品ぞろえです。もちろんそれなりの品質ですが・・・） 屋上スパにはこれらのアメニティが揃っていましたが、ＳＤＧｓの観点から今後削減する方向だそうです（別途料金を払っているのに・・・） レストランでは子どもに紙製のストローを渡されたが、子どもは噛んですぐにダメにしてしまうので結果ストローの大量消費になり、これはＳＤＧｓなのか？と心底疑問に思いました。 とにかく我慢や理不尽を強いられる結果になってしまったのが残念。かたくなにＳＤＧｓを客に強いるのではなく、もう少し柔軟にＳＤＧｓの良さを抽出して客に提供できないのかと思いました。それがあればこのホテルは一流だと思います。良いホテルなだけに、そこが気になってしまいました。

The room was quite hot even with the heat turned off, while the sound of siren or ambulance was quite loud with the window opened. The staff were professional and helpful. They helped me change from smoking to non smoking room. Would stay again

PPengguna Tetamu奥多摩湖の散策の為、宿泊、温泉があり肌がツルツルになった、 全く期待していなかったので、感動しました。湯船は小ぶりで混んでいたら厳しそうですが、今回は大丈夫でした。夕食を頼むと最近歳で食べ切れないのであえて、朝食のみのプランを選択、朝食は、かなり美味しくなかなかのものでした。夕食も絶対美味しいとおもった、、 夜食の坦々麺も本格的で美味しい！ かんぽの宿の時は、近くの宿で食事が駄目でしたので、改善されてるとおもいます。 フロント対応もよく、満足でした！

PPengguna TetamuThe guesthouse was a shared room with Japanese style mats on the floor for sleeping. There was also a nice dining area (closed for Covid) that we could use all for ourselves. It was the only approved eating area but that was super convenient and the aesthetic was great! We stayed 2 nights and we did canyoning at Canyons which was only a 15 minute train ride from the guesthouse’s closest station Ome station. The guest house is about a 3 minute walk to the station and a 7/11 which has great food options during Covid. Sanitizer and good social distancing was possible at this hotel as we were the only guests. There was a river and ome museum not too far of a walk and the guesthouse was very clean. It gets cleaned from 11-14 everyday which was fine for us because we were out exploring during that time. It can ultimately hold up to 6 people. But I imagine 6 would be a little cramped, 4 was a good amount! Stay here!

Kekurangan: Terdapat jalan di luar tingkap bilik, dan rumah kuno tidak kedap suara. Bunyi kereta sangat bising sejak pukul 5 pagi.
Banyak hotel di Jepun dikira mengikut kepala. Untuk bilik yang sama, harganya sekitar 350 untuk satu orang, sekitar 630 untuk dua orang, dan sekitar 900 untuk tiga orang.

은은준평범하게 하루정도머물 수 있어서 역 근처에 바로 편의점이랑 큰 대형쇼핑물등등 있어서 편리하고 좋았습니다. 다시 아옹흘 것 같아요
