Excellent personal service by all the staff. We had problems with our initial room in that it had no windows (which wasn't mentioned in the description) and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, which made everywhere feel damp. However, the staff found us another room for an upgrade and that was much better. The location was good, allowing us to walk to the old town and also some of the newer shopping centres. Overall, good value for money.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

The hotel is located with close proximity to various food options, as the lobby is under renovation there is a temporary area in the meeting rooms for now, appreciated the welcome snacks and drinks available.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Recommended Hotel, servis dari pintu masuk security ke parking sangat memuaskan, security mengiringi dan mengarahkan lokasi parking, receptionist pun sangat peramah, walaupun hotel ni bangunan lama tapi sangat bersih dan terjaga, untuk breakfast ada banyak variasi pada menu, memandangkan ia adalah percutian keluarga, memesan bilik bilik bersambung, hotel ini juga menyediakan hiburan untuk tetamu hotel dengan persembahan tarian singa pada Tahun Baru Cina

initially I was given a room with less furniture than I saw on web, a faulty safe box and what I later found out it is a room that is yet to be repaired and refurbished. I told them I am not going to stay in the room which was not cool either. SO after an hour of waiting - I got actually the room I booked for with all its furniture and working remotes and all that I needed for a comfortable stay for this trip trip. during check-in, the reception desk was dark and not at all welcoming. The gentlemen behind the desk was exactly over the moon either - anyway - after change of room everything worked out well. I had a comfortable stay. The morning Front desk people were wonderful, helpful. The Security Guy and Bell Man on both duties were very kind, attentive throughout my stay and I tipped them each a IDR 50K

langganan banget sama hotel ini, sudah kesekian kali nya menginap disini, sesuka itu sama fasilitas nya masih baru semua🤗 tempat nya nyaman ,bersih, strategis, staffnya ramah dan sampai kenal dgn saya karena uda sering nginap disini🤩 harga kamar ramah dikantong, dapat breakfast lagi🤗

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

Terdapat caj deposit 300k rupiah semasa daftar masuk. Bilik ini tidak bersih, tetapi bersih. Aircond memerlukan sedikit masa untuk menjadi sejuk. Perkhidmatan adalah yang terbaik, pelbagai sarapan boleh diterima untuk sebuah hotel kecil. Berdekatan dengan pusat bandar dan banyak kafe di sekitarnya. Pastikan melawat durian ucok dan membeli cenderahati di premis. Akan kembali lagi.

I was staying during EID season, booked for 10 rooms. The manager, Mr. Saut Purba was really helpful in assisting my reservations. He tried his best to fulfill my request, such as connecting room and same floor level because I stayed with my big family. The best surprise was upgrading room on 10th floor for myself. Thank you sooo much! Mr. Saut also assisted in arranging birthday surprise for my brother-in-law, some staffs are joining us to knock on his room with pretty bday cake and wishes. The breakfast was excellent, food are tasteful, me and my family loved it. This hotel served severals choices on their breakfast buffet. This hotel also had a nice swimming pool, it was not big but clean and safe for children. The front office staff are gorgeous during my checkout. Last but not least, thank you Grandhika Hotel for such a memorable stay. :-)
