The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

We were in Medan just for a couple of nights and the Kama hotel suited our budget. Since Medan is a city full of hotels and there's always something to suit everyone's budget, I feel some of the poor reviews on Kama Hotel was unjustified. The room was clean... felt secure... beds were comfortable... bathroom clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was included in the price and it was nothing flash but pretty good for a budget hotel. Will definitely book again if we visit Medan again!

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

langganan banget sama hotel ini, sudah kesekian kali nya menginap disini, sesuka itu sama fasilitas nya masih baru semua🤗 tempat nya nyaman ,bersih, strategis, staffnya ramah dan sampai kenal dgn saya karena uda sering nginap disini🤩 harga kamar ramah dikantong, dapat breakfast lagi🤗

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Nampak hotel besar dari Marriot… tapi - tidak membantu walaupun kami adalah ahli kumpulan mereka... tetapi kepada tokoh politik juga tinggal di sana layanan istimewa... - Saya hanya meminta jauh daripada bising tetapi mereka sengaja menyebabkan saya lebih banyak bunyi. TERTEKAN!!!! - katilnya kecil. - tandas hanya pancuran mandian di atas kepala. - tiada pencukur dan tiada sikat… - peti ais tidak sejuk… - makanan sarapan pagi jadi...jadi... makanan tidak panas dan keras... makanan tidak diisi semula dengan segera... satu-satunya makanan yang sedap ialah Lontong Medan... - bar yang menyajikan margarita adalah teruk… Bagi saya, saya akan melangkau hotel ini jika boleh… melainkan jika tiada hotel yang lebih baik…

suka menginap disini. karena lokasinya berada di tengah kota. fasilitas cukup lengkap. kamar nyaman. persediaan air minum yang unlimited. sarapannya juga lumayan enak.

Very close and convenient to the airport. Rather than waiting for the free shuttle, we downloaded the Grab app for a fast pickup and ride. The hotel staff were very helpful via WhatsApp in advance of our stay and we appreciated their excellent communication skills in English while we were there. The breakfast was fun and impressive in a beautiful big dining room with lots of fresh food options and jazz music for ambiance. Room was very clean and spacious--we asked for an extra bed so three adults could stay in our room and they actually set it up with two extra beds! Would definitely stay here again going in or out of Medan. There is an ATM in the lobby, very helpful given the challenges of finding money exchangers. Note, the hotel's name has changed--it is now D'Prima Hotel Kualanamu, not Prime Plaza.
