Hotel berhampiran HKI Helvetia, Medan

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Tempatnya strategik, bagi makanan tak makan sebab terlebih tidur. Untuk kemudahan AC di dalam bilik, ia tidak cukup sejuk. Terima kasih

The room is big n the food also good… love the soto n satay… also very in love with kopi hitam

I had a pleasant stay here, good ambience, love the room smell and lobby. The breakfast is good also, many varieties. The staffs are very good, so friendly and helpful. You won't to regret to stay here. Very recommended and affordable price. I met fauziah and she's so friendly

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

Biliknya bagus, bagus dan bersih, saya tinggal bersama keluarga saya semasa cuti akhir tahun, bilik mandi yang baik dan bersih, kami mengambil bilik keluarga dan bilik yang besar dan dipasang dengan betul, terima kasih untuk En Suhendra Marjan EHK yang sudah sediakan bilik dengan betul dan jadikan percutian yang tidak dapat dilupakan kami. Pengalaman sarapan pagi juga ada banyak varian makanan, saya suka mie gomak.

Pros- Good location( alfamart next door, close to jiwar seafood), spacious room, clean, hair dryer, comfortable bed Cons- window toward building courtyard and corridors, lobby is under construction and breakfast was ok

langganan banget sama hotel ini, sudah kesekian kali nya menginap disini, sesuka itu sama fasilitas nya masih baru semua🤗 tempat nya nyaman ,bersih, strategis, staffnya ramah dan sampai kenal dgn saya karena uda sering nginap disini🤩 harga kamar ramah dikantong, dapat breakfast lagi🤗
