Ok sarapan enak, mudah ke mana mana di medan senang cari tempat makan, bilik yang bersih dan besar..

Hotel is good, clean and accormodatifed. The property is well located in town centre and breakfast is good with wide choices. Only mistake done was the welcome message with wrong name.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.Situated at the city centre between two malls, walking distance and also a nearby train station.Room was very spacious and well equipped with the breafast at the 'spoon dining restaurant' was great with lots of varieties.Staffs at the reception were very hospitable

So far our experience is great , we booked 3 rooms and the room was clean and comfortable, just the breakfast area it’s too small , like us came with big family it’s hard to find the table for breakfast, the food was oke . Not that good and not that bad . Average it’s oke to stay in this hotel

Overall is it consider good, Just some room facility are no well working .. airconditional adjust to 33C but i still feeling cool at night , hot water supply during bathing are not constant

Hotel is clean and tidy no smells at all and location is good just 10mins walk to centre point. Overall is good.

Simply amazing and excellent value. The hotel we used previously has gone downhill and the service was very poor the last time I stayed there. We also note that what is probably the best hotel is exceptionally expensive. So as a compromise I chose this hotel. Gobsmacked by the size of the room. Bedroom, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and lounge. Massive apartment, obviously a family could use this for long term stays. Very impressed with the room, the working space and the air conditioning. Only downside - breakfast. Lots of unruly children and staff that don't understand English, and don't seat you at a table but rather leave you to find your own. All in all an excellent stay. Staff on the whole very helpful, albeit with limited English.
