Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

Lokasinya dekat dengan pusat bandar, jadi di mana sahaja anda pergi, jarak perjalanan sangat singkat. Dan bagus kerana biliknya sukar. Makanan ini ok. Tetapi untuk harga ini, ini adalah hotel yang bagus. Semasa turun dari teksi, saya melihat banyak restoran di sekitar. Walau bagaimanapun, saya menggunakan Grab mudah alih. Yang paling penting, ia bersih kerana lantai diperbuat daripada kayu.

Saya sangat gembira kerana dihubungkan dengan pusat membeli-belah. Buka pintu hotel dan ia bersambung terus ke pusat membeli-belah. Terdapat sebuah restoran Korea di pusat membeli-belah. Terdapat juga restoran Jepun, dan terdapat pasar raya di ruang bawah tanah pusat membeli-belah, yang tidak buruk. Jika anda membeli sesuatu dari pasar raya, anda juga boleh menggunakan perkhidmatan yang menghantarnya ke lobi hotel. Selalunya saya suka hotel yang melekat dengan shopping mall macam ni. Tetapi lantai adalah permaidani. Saya tidak suka itu sedikit. Tapi seronok ada tab mandi.

The hotel is located conveniently next to an IndoMart. The rooms are nice with a window looking down on the reception area below. The beds are a little hard. Aircon and hot water works well. There is a full sized fridge but freezer does not work. The breakfast buffet has quite a bit of variety with hot station. I recommend booking the in-hotel massage service.

Position is great, 5 minutes away from station. Also offer free shuttle vehicle to train station. Taxi fee 200k from airport to hotel, including highway fees. Train ticket fee is 70k each. A big shopping mall nearby, Pizza Hut in the shopping mall. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great, multiple choices. You can order soup noodles. It’s a good choice for food.

The room's cleanliness is just so so. The minibar is not cold enough (we would like to put food but then found that the surface was watery). The bed sheet might not be so clean because my legs got so itchy after sleeping for one night. Many spots are a bit dusty and for its price the stay was not so worth it compared to the standard 3 stars. Breakfast was just okay, at least it's edible (not much option anyway). The receptionist is well... very flat. Not rude but, expressionless. I know its only 3 stars but they could at least smile. Bathroom's cleanliness could also be improved. The key card is often problematic and hard to use to unlock lift or even room door. Do check that items labeled with price tag are chargeable and its kinda unnoticeable at first. Another thing I'd suggest to the management is to ask staff to wear proper mask (not scuba as it's not effective). Well, at least the overall look of this hotel is not bad.

Sebenarnya utk tempat bagus banget ya, bener2 di tengah kota. Harganya juga murah banget udh dpt 2 kamar. Tapi sangat di sayangkan utk kebersihannya sangat2 kurang. Ada kecoa2 kecil, wcnya bocor, kulkasnya rembes, di bawah tempat tdrnya bahkan masih ada sampah2, ga di sapu. Semoga kebersihannya lebih di tingkatkan lagi

At the heart of medan city apartment with easy access to every places in city close to the mall Sun Plaza,Buddhist borobudur temple,hospital food around the mall. You will access to the mall with online driver not too much fare. Apartment have two bedroom with big space for living room. Nice stay in this apartment.

We were in Medan just for a couple of nights and the Kama hotel suited our budget. Since Medan is a city full of hotels and there's always something to suit everyone's budget, I feel some of the poor reviews on Kama Hotel was unjustified. The room was clean... felt secure... beds were comfortable... bathroom clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was included in the price and it was nothing flash but pretty good for a budget hotel. Will definitely book again if we visit Medan again!

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

I arrived early morning and requested for an early check in. By then a lot of guests were checking out, and I was assigned a room at around 11.30 am which was good, especially when i was just coming from an early morning flight The breakfast was so so, not so good given the price of the room

Loved this hostel in Medan. If you want a local experience then this is it. A lot of local students and everyone was really nice + the owner is available and helpful with everything and speaks good English ! Nice common area to hangout and the neighborhood is so cozy - small streets and shops warungs, friendly people everywhere and authentic feeling - no hassle no problems only smiles everywhere. Definitely recommend for people who want to see real life and culture. I was supposed to stay only one night but ended up staying 3. Don’t hesitate
