The staff was great treated us like family.
Next time I travel to Medellin I will stay in this place again and recomend to other travelers.
The hotel is in the nice area for dining and shopping and near the metro station.

Walking distance to metro stations and store. Staff don't speak English and communicate by Google translate. Staff helped me to book taxi.

Excellent location, there is no elevator and that complicates the climb a bit for people with reduced mobility, a good place to spend a couple of nights.

There was a cockroach in the room, they should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the linen in the rooms, the cushions were dirty and had a bad smell.
