Hotel Florencia Plaza

The property keeps changing management, they run out of clean towels and sheets. Need to replace dirty hallway carpets. On the plus side -Staff is very nice and friendly but no one speaks English. Clean lobby and rooms, convenient to stores and restaurants. Nice porch to sit out in front of hotel.

Room smells very bad & their towels are very old, texture are falling off.

We booked our stay here in good faith a while ago, then just 2 days before our arrival they cancelled on us due to the room being double-booked. It's clear that they aim to overbook their hotel, then once they do, they cancel off the lower-rate reservations. This has to be the case as after we'd booked, other rooms were still available. This is highly unprofessional & unethical. As a result we had to book elsewhere & at a significantly higher cost. Don't suffer our fate, stay somewhere else. Staying here is like putting your money on red then keeping your fingers crossed.

The hotel room was clean and ok. But the service at the breakfast was horrible and unfriendly. We needed to ask for everything separately, had to stand up two times to ask for juice and fruits (which was part of the standard meal), because the waitress ignored us. The people that arrived after us had to ask several times too, but at least they received their breakfast with everything and even before us. The food that we got was dry but ok. It took ages and the juice never arrived. No recommendation at all.

La atención del personal fue excelente, de limpieza, del comedor y front desk. La televisión nunca funcionó.

La ducha tenía una gotera, la tapa del inodoro rota, el lavamano tenía otra gotera que teniamos que colocar el zafacon para que el piso no se mojara y el televisor encendia pero no se veía ningún canal. Adicional, el primer día limpiaron la habitación y se llevaron las toallas y no colocaron nuevas. Tuvimos que bajar a recepción para pedir toallas nuevas.

Un hotel que esta un poco escondido porque es una calle lateral y es muy bueno, lindas habitaciones, limpio y un desayuno variado y abundante. Las chicas q atienden son muy amables y en caso que necesiten te guardan el equipaje hasta q te vayas

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado como a 500 metros de la estación metro poblado, cerca del parque Illeras, parque poblado de donde salen los buses que hacen turismo por la ciudad, cerca de provenza donde puedes encontrar variedad de restaurantes y bares. Las habitaciones con cómodas con agua caliente, TV y minirefrigeradora. Si solicitas con anticipación ellos te ayudan con el servicios de traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto por el valor de 90000 pesos. La única recomendación es que deben de mejorar los desayunos estuve cerca de 1 semana y los huevos revueltos no los cambiaban un día pedi de favor unos huevos fritos y si los hicieron, el jugo es el mismo de naranja, el mismo jamón, el mismo queso, salchichas solo 2 veces y para variar el último día no las pude probar ya que no sacaron mas a la mesa. El resto todo bien si lo recomendaría y si es de volver a regresar si lo hiciera

Cuando alguien usa el jacuzzi deja a TODO el hotel sin agua caliente, eso no está escrito en ningún lado y le avisan a uno al momento del check in, cuándo se hace el reclamo la excusa es “el agua caliente es de todo el hotel” eso quiere decir que si 2 personas usan el jacuzzi se quedan TODAS las habitaciones sin agua caliente. No contestan nunca el teléfono de la recepción y no se ofrecen a solucionar el problema. Las señoras que trabajan en la recepción son groseras y desatentas.
