We stayed here for a night in the middle of a massive road trip from Banff to Brandon. We booked at short notice and got a couple of rooms last min. The rooms were pretty decent, it’s clearly an old motel that’s been slightly renovated to fit the Ramada style. But our room next to the car park was actually decent, the shower was new and the bed comfy, air con worked well as well. We used the pool and hot tub to help our weary legs and it was great! No major complaints here at all! Enjoyed it!

My stay at Hotel Flamingo in Medicine Hat was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were fantastic. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions . I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the pool. I highly recommend Hotel Flamingo for anyone visiting Medicine Hat!

WE STAYED THERE ON AUGUST 10-2024--VERY HAPPY THERE--THE ROOM HAD 2 BEDS --WE ONLY NEEDED ONE-THE RENO AND LAYOUT WERE GREAT --A TABLE WITH 2 CAHAIRS--A NICE DESK--FRIG-MIC--liked the idea of a coffee maker but there were no cups and no coffee to make it--LIKED THE WASH BECAUSE THE SINK WAS OUTSIDE THE TOILET AND SHOWER-parking was easy-- you have a winner with this motel keep up the good work

Clean and spacious room. Quiet hotel. Comfortable bed. Front desk were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located next to a plaza, and at the same time close to the hyway, close to many sites to visit. The only confusion happened when we were going there, google maps does not lead to the entrance of the hotel, we had to take the highway again and cone back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from check in to check out! Staff was very friendly and very helpful when I needed to extend my stay for one more day. The day I extended my stay for one more day the front desk clerk had been dealing with an issue and it wasn't very nice one. There was bit of a line up but he managed to deal with everyone and everything very patiently and helpful. I will stay here again! The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated it that even though I didn't need my towels changed every day they were.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Medicine Hat in room 306 and I was very impressed by the reception staff. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. She greeted me warmly when I arrived and checked me in quickly. Her name was Khush and she also gave me some useful information about the hotel amenities and the nearby attractions. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. Khush also went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She helped me book a taxi to the airport, arranged a late checkout for me, and even gave me a complimentary breakfast. She was always smiling and courteous, and she made sure I had everything I needed. I would like to thank Khush for her excellent service and hospitality. She is a great asset to the hotel and she deserves recognition and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medicine Hat.

The staffs are very nice, the hotel is dog friendly. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable, I really felt that I was at home.

Love this hotel! Extremely clean modern and comfy. Bed was excellent. Shower was fantastic and the king suite was beautifully decorated and roomy. Every part of the hotel was super clean even the outside grounds. Lots of nice little touches that did not go unnoticed. The staff was super friendly and check in was a breeze. It’s close to the keg, Costco and Boston pizza all within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here over and over again. The pool looked super inviting especially for kids. We stay in lots of hotels and this one is 100% high top 5!
