Amazing cozy apartments, with a stunning view. Very helpful and nice staff. The service were great, they picked us up by arrival, and brought us to the airport for departure. The apartment had everything we needed, and we could not be more happy.

I would recommend avoiding this property completely. Firstly, it is very close to a main road and the traffic noise will keep you awake at night. The main issue for us was the hidden costs of staying here, the property owner tried to charge us an extra €6 per day to use the air conditioning. When I refused to pay this (as it is not mentioned on the booking and air conditioning is listed as an included amenity) the property owner became very angry and aggressive towards me (for context I am a 5ft1 female). He was shouting at me in the street, pointing his hands in my face and demanding I come inside with him to make a payment. The general condition of the studios is very poor, it has clearly been neglected over the years. The grounds are in disarray. The only redeeming factor is that this property is opposite a beautiful beach and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The lady who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. She have some great local recommendations and advice. It is just a shame that the property owner does not share the same hospitality. Avoid avoid avoid - unless you want to pay hidden costs & receive aggression from a very angry little man!

From what I can see, this place used to be lovely. However, it has since become run-down and not well looked after. The overall presentation of Azalea is very poor, the grounds are in complete disarray with items strewn around everywhere. The furniture is very dated but OK, the rooms were clean (ish). Beware - there are hidden costs to staying at Azalea which are not mentioned on any online booking platforms. €6 per day to use the air conditioning. When I refused to pay this extra charge (as air conditioning was listed on my booking confirmation as an included amenity) the owner became very angry and aggressive towards me. He began shouting at me in the middle of the road, waving his arms and pointing his fingers in my face. He demanded I come into his house to pay - I refused. He then also tried the same performance on my partner. This was very scary and intimidating as a small female. I can see why Yanni leaves these costs hidden, as he hopes to force people to pay them by using bullying, aggression and intimidation towards his guests at the end of the stay. The only redeeming factor is the lady who checked us in was lovely and seemed very distressed by her boss’s unacceptable behaviour towards us. The location is good as it’s opposite a beautiful beach and a small 15 minute walk to Skiathos town. However, very close to a main road so traffic may keep you awake at night. It is cheap but certainly not cheerful. I would really recommend scrolling past this one and finding somewhere else to stay. We have stayed in many places on Skiathos and this is the only time we have ever encountered any issues at all. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Skiathos has so much beauty, do not let a stay here take the shine off as it did for us.

We had a fabulous one night stay, and walked in from Skiathos after arriving by ferry from Skopelos. The studio was much bigger than expected with a double room and twin room and the kitchen was well equipped. Opposite Azalea is a beach, which we swam in, and a small beach bar. Later we walked along the beach and had a lovely meal at a very traditional Greek taverna. Everything in the studio was spotlessly clean. We loved our island hopping adventure to Azalea on Skiathos.

Room comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was adequate for what we needed. We were greeted with a smile after a late night arrival due to flight delay. Nothing was too much bother for the owners , even when I lost the door key.

Basic clean apt with beautiful view . Very good value for money . Lots of hot water for showers and washing up . Not too far from supermarket and beach .

Great location, a stone's throw from the beach and about 10minutes walk into town. Friendly and professional staff. The accommodation is basic but very clean and has everything you require for a self-catering holiday. Definitely recommend and will gladly book again.

Our experience with Azalea Studios can be simply described as SUPERB! From the minute we landed at Skiathos airport till the day we left (5 days) there was nothing to complain about. At the airport, a nice French gentleman named Thierry met us and drove us (free of charge. The tip is up to you, but needless to say, it is a gesture of kindness) to the office where we met Nina. The lady is so helpful, nice, and easy to talk to. Nina upgraded our accommodation to a 2-room apartment with a balcony for the same price we paid for a studio without a view. At the apartment, we enjoyed the quietude and the cleanliness, and the feeling of a "village" the Azalea layout gives. An open beach is just across the road. For a better and serviced beach, you can walk only 10 minutes to a sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and many cafes and restaurants which offer different kinds of food and cuisines. Skiathos town is 15-18 minutes walking from Azalea. If you ever made it to Skiathos, Azalea should be your first choice of accommodation to check up on.
