Amazing experience for the whole family! Great upgrade to a suite with breathtaking Megeve view. The heated interior pool and jacuzzi a big plus. The navette service to the village and the pistes punctual. Great atmosphere!

Very nice place, with a truly incredible staff. Great restaurant too, and a nice lobby bar. A little out of the center, and away from lifts, but a very efficient shuttle service takes care of this. Highly recommended, as it is good value too.

Excellent hotel, great apartment for our group of friends, with epic views. The navette service worked really well to get to and from the slopes and the town centre. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay and we will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. A lovely place, with superbe views. The architecture and interior design was to our taste. The facilities i.e. breakfast (it is served in a room called CIEL with breathtaking views) restaurant and pool/spa were super. Nice personel always willing to help and find solutions to every request. A stay that was so smooth and unpretended; we loved it!

The hotel was brilliant! Shuttle service to the slopes and the village was brilliant - very regular and reliable. All staff in the hotel were great and the services in the hotel were all you could need. We had a great family stay and hope to return!

The hotel is very beautiful and confy, but the staff and facilities are very bad organised. The staff doesn’t know english, and even if there is someone who speaks, anyway speaks to you in French. The heaters in ski room are not working, so if youre planning on drying your equipment in their room, no chances, also there was a wall that literally fall on our head (and the staff reaction was: oh, how does it happen). Breakfast is very poor, some yoghurt, cheese and jambon/ham and eggs (no fruits, no vegetables, so if you re eating more healthy, no chances, just pastry and processed meat). Concierge is useless, we asked for some reservations in restaurants in the city, and their action was to call the restaurants at the number that was in google (and of course no responses from the restaurants). Overall hotel us very nice, its a really shame that the staff is so neglecting.

We had a great 3-day leisurely stay at the Hotel d'Arboisie in mid-March 2023. The decor, food, rooms, comfort and ambiance of the hotel were par excellence. Just as wonderful was the service from the moment we arrived, with valet parking and shuttle service, to checkout and car pick-up. There was an unexpected surprise of a 10% discount on ski rentals at the Club de Sport de Mont d'Arbois, The staff was efficient, smiling and helpful. Rooms were great and bedding and bathrooms were comfy and stylishly well designed. We'd be delighted to return and therefore we are happy to endorse the hotel. - TK & JB from USA (stay mid-March 2023)

We have fell in love with the place two years ago and since we come every year for our wedding anniversary, the hotel always exceed our expectations , the effort, positive feeling and details we always receive are great The staff is the greatest from the moment u arrive We have been welcomed by Pierre who took care of our car and luggage then marcel , Anne and othe awesome reception team who welcomed us and took us directly to our awesome suit ,they manage us an upgrade chocolates and balloons for our wedding anniversary welcoming and from then the excitement begun . We had an amazing time like every time we don’t want to leave Finally will not say good bye to the amazing staff and hotel will say see u later Too next year Regards wish u all the best

POOR EXPERIENCE … NOT RECOMMENDED Where do I start ... location is not good. far away from the center and not practical to walk to town. They do offer a very good shuttle service but you have to be prepared to coordinate what you do with a 20 min buffer. Rooms are dated ... internet service in our suite was pathetic and the balcony we were supposed to have was basically a large window looking at some dirt in the back of the mountain base. Room was dark and the two rooms a queen and two separate full beds had to share a toilet though we each had a bathroom one double sink with a tub and one single sink with a small shower. Being on the second floor with one very slow elevator that the entire hotel uses makes for difficult access to and from the rooms. Since we were staying there for 5 nights we asked for another room with better view as the one we thought we purchased ( with a balcony ) only to be offered a smaller room with one queen bed and two kids bunk beds for the two adults to share. overall experience was poor and a constant reminder that this is a 4 star hotel which by USA standards is 3 at best. Restaurant was decent and staff was just ok … not very helpful or knowledgeable. Service was below par considering the prices we paid for the suite at almost 1600 a night.
