整體不錯哦，就是沒有底下停車場，有行李的話需要走一段，地面停車場比較小，有充電樁。 房間比較簡約，就是洗手枱設計的，沒有地方化粧，一邊是垃圾桶，一邊是浴巾架。浴室比較寬敞。空調也很充足，房間很暖和。就是看展和圖書館空調沒有開放有些冷，因為從房間到泡温泉的地方要走出室外，或者穿過圖書館。 開放的有四個温泉池，人不多，小孩也不多，整體體驗很好，可以拍拍照，有水果餅乾小食。 滋滋雞爪魚還不錯，有虎皮雞爪和烤魚。菠菜麪碗是真大。

服務真的太棒了！工作人員個個熱情主動提供各種幫助和服務！酒店劉經理更是妥帖安排幫助客人銜接行程得到最好的體驗！房間硬件設施齊全，準備了一應俱全的免費用品，除了泳衣、面膜、雨傘、洗面奶、按摩梳等等等等用品以外，包括拖鞋、口杯和水杯都是全新的，客人用後可全部帶走的！餐食非常棒👍🏻，食材新鮮，口味地道！還在餐廳和房間貼心準備了非常多品質品牌的免費飲料酒水供客人享用！房間後面的小湯池清理的非常乾淨，還配備了懸浮桌，玫瑰花瓣和艾草，冬日裏感受到別樣的温暖和浪漫！隔壁大型“鳳凰温泉”也是他家的，入住期間免費無限次體驗……總之，在星天外入住是一次非常棒👍🏻的體驗！強烈推薦！

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

十一期間人流比較大，但是衞生確實也不行，下午四點入住，還沒有收拾好前一天客人住過的房子，我們衹能把行李放在臟亂的房間；温泉的體驗感真的也不太好，臟兮兮，亂糟糟的 吃的喝的都是空的，池子裏太臟了。房間衞生沒收拾乾淨，洗浴房一堆毛髮，真的有點噁心，花灑支撐不起來，要用另外一衹手一直舉着洗。早餐就像是大集市，太亂太亂了，餐品也不行，總之，除了房間大，有一些老星級酒店的派頭，其餘都不行……體驗感不好，這錢花的真的不值啊。而且，高德同樣的房間是497。貴了一百元，不知道為什麼？

這次出差依然選擇了這家酒店，已經是多次入住了，房間乾淨整潔，前台還有小糖果，因為是多次入住了，服務人員熱情送了我兩個獼猴桃很大很甜，早餐種類也豐富，停車也是免費的酒店對面有個大超市買東西也方便，聽説餐廳開業了，晚上臨時決定約客户在二樓餐廳用餐，菜品很豐富，有海鮮，價格大眾化，酒店服務越來越好了，值得推薦！！！

房間設施比較好，頂樓還有網紅拍照打卡點，來太白山真的需要好好泡個温泉，非常愜意和放鬆，距離十字路口小吃街也很近，可以考慮。

設施：房間設施還不錯，特別是床和被子比較舒服！ 衞生：乾淨整潔，比較滿意，特別是馬桶有一次性馬桶墊比較好。 環境：鳥語花香，海棠花特別漂亮。 服務：比較熱情，讓給送東西馬上就到，感覺不錯。

房間面積挺大的，外面是院子但可以看到山，性價比還可以，就是設施比較老舊，房間的電視感覺跟我媽的陪嫁電視年歲差不多老，是少有現代不能投屏的電視，停車位比較少，沒地兒了衹好停路邊了，不過路邊停車位倒也不收錢。 沒拍酒店內照片，就放三張太白山吧
