非常客觀的講講入住體驗，首先老闆很有禮貌，也很客氣，在得知問題時，態度非常好的道歉。這點以至於我在想應不應該寫評價，但是想了下評價也是很可觀的反映入住體驗，希望能幫助更好的改進。 1.首先我們是深夜入住，在前台拿房卡時，詢問是否有其他樓層，前台並未抬頭，而且感覺並不是很有耐心。 2.入住房間後，打開一瓶水，這瓶水是已經開過的，所以查房可能沒太仔細。 3.廁所馬桶有血跡，然後我聯繫了工作人員，可能保潔下班了，應該是老闆自己來的，大概等待了10多20分鐘，老闆來了一直抱歉。 4.晚上空調一直有很奇怪的聲音，一度讓我以為是老鼠，第二天同住的夥伴説也有奇怪的聲音，到底是什麼，可能需要老闆關注下。 5.健身房的味道比較大，建議可以多通風。 早餐的麪條挺好吃的，收餐盤可以稍微及時一些。儘管有以上不足，但是老闆也一直抱歉，希望能更好的改進吧。
